AMAZING STAFF!!! I chipped my tooth a week ago and made an appointment for Saturday 2/8 to have it repaired. On the day of my my appointment it started snowing and as I was pulling in the parking lot I received a call from their office saying due to the snow and the safety of the staff/patients that they would be closing early and would need to reschedule (which is very understandable). I was a little bummed due to my chipped tooth annoying me for the last week and the nice young lady on the phone placed me on hold for a minute and then came back on the line and said they would get me in anyway and at least see what needed to be done to my tooth and then go from there. They got me right in and took me to the back where Dr. Amy David promptly came in and examined my tooth. She and her assistant were so sweet to me and got my tooth fixed up in a matter of minutes. I honestly expected them to be aggravated with me because I held them up from getting home, but they were not at all upset and again were so kind and treated me like family. Luckily all my tooth needed was just a little grinding and polishing which only took a minute or two. I went to check out and was advised that there would be no charge for the visit. WOW, I was totally shocked and did not expect this at all!! The ladies at the front desk were also so very kind to me. This kind of service is so out of the norm these days and I can't begin to articulate how blown away I was and I am with Hometown Family Dentistry! This is only my second visit with them and I will always be a patient of their's from now on. I'm so thankful that I found them and will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you Dr. Amy and your entire staff for making my day!!! YOU ALL ROCK!!!

I have severe anxiety about dentists and was sure I'd never find a practice I could visit with regularity because of this (I've visited other dentists in Jefferson). Then I visited Hometown Family Dentistry and don't plan to ever see a dentist other than Dr. David if I can help it.
Her work is fantastic, she shows genuine care for her patients, actually listens to patient input, and most importantly she always makes sure you're comfortable. Dr. Amy David is an exemplary dentist!
Everyone else in the office is of the same caliber, and frankly it's mind blowing. The hygienists are wonderful (and thoughtfully gentle), and I've never been in the office without being greeted with a genuine smile from everyone I see.
Even if you don't live in Jefferson, it's worth a drive to receive the level of care you'll receive. My only regret is that I can't give more than 5 stars! Oh! It's also well worth noting the pricing is more than fair - a filling won't cost the same as a new Mercedes!

Love the staff and atmosphere !! I went in last week for a root canal and Dr Katz and his assistant Brittany were AWESOME !!! They were fun and upbeat and made me feel at ease. They are knowledgeable and professional and you know that you are receieving highly skilled treatment.

I was so over the moon with my visit. I suffer from medical anxiety and panic attacks. I had a pretty traumatic experience many years ago that still haunt me today. Dr. Amy and her staff are impeccable at what they do. I felt like they were my friends while I was in the chair. Lol. We laughed and it really lightened the mood for me. They were so kind and made me feel so comfortable. They gave me a blanket and guided me through exactly what they were doing. I have found my forever dentist. Took me a long time but so glad she was recommended to me. Dr. Amy....I'm sorry I bit your finger. Lol.

Dr. Amy is amazing and so kind! Unfortunately, I had to bother her on a Sunday morning due to some tooth pain I was having. I wasn’t falling out in the floor in pain, but I was leaving for the beach the next day, so I was worried about being out of town with a condition that could possibly worsen. (One of my biggest fears!) Dr. Amy took her time with me and tried several different procedures to try to find the “root” of the problem. She and her staff are top notch and I am grateful for her practice!
