Fast and friendly. They get you in and out with very little wait time if any. It is nice to make an appointment and actually get seen at your appointment time.

I had not been to a dentist in years and the last several visits to my previous dentists were less than enjoyable. I was reticent about going to the dentist and my wife said that her experience with Hometown was the best she has had. I received a warm greeting from the receptionist and the office is clean, modern, and open (no small, cramped waiting room). I had the same hygienist as my wife and Bailey was awesome!! She was kind, gentle, thorough, and more importantly she did not try to shame me about my dental habits. Dr Amy came in a gave me a thorough check up and she too was was amazing. This is the first time in 48 years that I am dreading my next appointment with the dentist in 6 months. Thank you to the receptionist, staff, Bailey & Dr. Amy for making this a rather pleasant experience.

Well I could lead with my horror story or the fact that they didn't send my x-rays to my new dentist. The level of petty and unprofessionalism is unmatched. They literally broke a HIPPA law undoubtedly. I was present when they did it. Now I'm determining if I would like to pursue legal action.
