I use to recommend this dentist office to everyone...I had an appointment to get a cavity filled at around 4pm. They called asking if I could come in earlier, and I explained how my husband doesn't get off work until 3pm so I couldn't move my appointment. They said that was fine...and the whole time my cavity was getting filled people were coming in and out asking the dentist questions, making her stop working on my tooth, and at one point she got up and walked away. I'm pretty easy going....and although I thought it was unprofessional I chalked it up to a busy day and them trying to get off work on time (something I can totally understand.) I went to floss my teeth that night and there was no gap to floss that tooth they filled...and then the pain started. I went back and they took some X-rays, said it wasn't sealed, and then drilled out the previous filling, and refilled it. It's almost been a year and I still can't chew on that side. They told me filling sensitivity is normal and that I am lucky I haven't experienced it before... and suggested that I should try Sensodyne toothpaste. Mind you, I had ZERO pain with the cavity being there...all of my issues started after they filled it the first time and then drilled it out and refilled it.
Everyone has always been so nice. I brought my children here and referred all my family...but the dental work is shoddy.
