This office does a horrible job with their due diligence when comes to insurance claims. They expect the consumer to pay a deductible and 20% claim after the fact. They should of recieved a clear explanation of what is covered prior to taking a panoramic x-ray. They should know the Jefferson City Teacher's insurance coverage being that their office is in the heart of Jefferson.
