Dr. Katz and Dr. Amy are AMAZING! I've had a root canal and tooth extracted by Dr. Katz and didn't even need the prescription pain medicine he prescribed! I didnt feel a thing, except a little pressure! He and his staff are AMAZING and are the sweetest people! I'll be a life long patient!

Customer seemed great at first until after we paid cashed to have a root canal and feeling done. With pain in the root canal that was done at this office they charged to retake x-rays to see how they messed up. Then replied with I don't know what happened??? They were going to consult with the other dentist and we had 2 follow up twice to then be told they aren't sure you need to go to a specialist to have it reworked. After fussing with them they did reimburse for the root canal they aren't sure what happened. Wife had to have a cavity reworked and still having issues and was told it takes a few months for it to fell right..... 6 months later still hurts. I wouldn't recommend this dentist.

This was a great experience.. First I had an x-ray and then Jennifer did the cleaning.. I told Ashley when I first came in that I was a chicken and she said they understood.. the doctor was really friendly and put my mind at ease (and it was his birthday) and they explained the next procedure and worked around my work schedule to get me back in there and finish the next procedure.. so this is the first time I can say that I’m looking forward to returning.. Thanks everyone..

Abosolutly the best dentist I have ever been to. Broke a tooth on Thursday night and called to leave a message for first thing Friday. To my surprise the doctor called me Thursday night to make sure I knew they could take care of the problem the next morning. Dr Katz and his assistants were the best team I have ever dealt with. They took time to tell me what the procedure was (extraction and bridge) and even gave me an estimate on the price before hand. Couldnt be happier with my procedure and highly recommend anyone using them.

Let me start by saying that the Dentists and hygienists are awesome and do a good job. But the office and billing departments? Couldnt be worse! Some of the most inept people you will ever deal with in your entire life! They dont do their jobs and then leave you to pay for it I would NOT recommend this office until they completely replace the entire billing and customer service staff, they are just terrible. It's a shame really, because I loved the dentists and the hygienists, but I wont be returning because if I do, they will end up charging me for their mistakes once again, and I cant afford to be billed for things I didnt have done, or things they screwed up.
