I came into Northwest Dental Center in a lot of pain from my wisdom tooth, and was immediately greeted by kind staff members. I was taken back to the exam room very quickly, and Dr. Cook took the time to explain everything he saw in my x ray to my dad and I. His kindness, and expertise made me feel a lot less nervous about getting my first set of extractions done. During the entire procedure Dr. Cook made sure I was comfortable, well numbed, and would talk to me about me everything that he was doing which really helped calm my nerves. Thank you so much for providing me excellent care I’ll definitely be back!

Had a pleasant time at my semi-annual teeth cleaning & exam. New hygienist cleaned my teeth using an automated tool. First time I had this tool used on me - supposed to be more efficient in cleaning teeth.

Got my teeth whitened and I'm' so incredibly happy with the results! The entire staff was nice and I felt like the woman did a wonderful job explaining the procedure and checking up on me throughout the process! I really recommend them you won't find professional teeth whitening cheaper anywhere!

I can’t begin to thank everyone here for the amazing experience. I was a patient as a child, and after 10+ years of being there I went back. I had to get a root canal and with it being an awful thing to have done (what everyone told me) the experience was far from that. Dr. Cook is amazing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Even the girls at the front desk made me feel so welcome. The following day Tina called to check in and see how I was doing!! I am SO happy I went back, and will definitely. I’m 45 minutes away and it is so worth the drive for great work and friendly people!!
