Going to the dentist can be scary, especially during this virus-driven world. The staff at NW Dental have it all under control by checking patient vitals, and moving folks into treatment rooms promptly. Then, they take their regular excellent care of you. A super group of people!

No complaints. I am bringing my family here. They are polite and helpful. They don't nag about what you need to do to be healthy. But give very helpful tips in a very nice polite manner. They want the best for me and my family.... And I can tell they care about her health in general not just about brushing and flossing. Easy to schedule appointment. I recently went to NDC to have a tooth looked at that was causing a significant amount of pain. I was greeted right away and was called back almost immediately. The dental assistant and dentist explained my options for treatment which ended up being an extraction. Throughout the procedure they made sure I was comfortable and pain free. Aftercare instructions were explained and I was on my way. As much as I fear the dentist, the team did a great job in helping calm my nerves. I'd definitely recommend them and will be continuing my oral health care there!

Wonderful place to have your teeth poked at XD. The staff are wonderful. The doctor is great. They really know what they're doing. The assistants are nice, talkative, but nice. Once the ice is broken and there's actual conversation going on, the appointments are quite relaxing.

Now you are trying to put the blame on the insurance company. You are the ones who clearly miscommunicated on the cost of the filling. It's dishonest and shady. Next time be clear on the fact that this is only an ESTIMATE and not the full price. Once again, this was never stated.
I went to this dental office and had a cleaning done. While everything was professional and done well I felt like it was a little pushy with sales of teeth whitening. I ended up needing to get a filling done as my last one fell out and was quoted $50 for the procedure. I assumed because my insurance was verified for benefits that this would be the only amount to pay. Providers do have access to their contracts with insurance companies and do understand their allowable amounts for procedures. If they don't, they can contact their provider service representative for the insurance company. A month later I get a bill for an additional $72. I felt it was a little dishonest not to mention that there could be more to pay after the procedure was billed by insurance. Apparently it was listed somewhere on the form I was shown... not pointed out to me at all.
On top of that, the business states you will be entered to win a gift card if you leave a Google review. Obviously there will be mostly biased reviews due to this but I felt it was necessary to write an honest one.
