Every single visit is a pleasant; Dr. Cook and his staff and professional and friendly, they take the time to get to know you and they remember you! The quality of care is beyond compare! Dr. Cook and his staff take the time to explain things to you and help you understand things that are going on. The clinic works well with my insurance companies. The office is clean and relaxing. Dr Cook and staff are simply amazing! I have been a patient for years, I enjoy his kind, calming demeanor as well as his office staff. I had my crown replaced and was able to view the cutting of my crown in his office, they are equipped to handle a same day replacement. I have to say it was the one of the easiest and quickest appointments for this type of procedure by far. Additionally his office offers discounts with their loyalty program which made replacing my crown so affordable for me. Highly recommend!!!

One of the most comforting visits! I had a check up previously and needed a deep clean. I was very nervous because it was going to require numbing shots and it's one of the main reasons I avoided going to the dentist for over a year even though I had insurance. Before that I haven't been in 10 years! I am glad I ended up at this office. Shiela did my deep cleaning and she was very comforting, informative, and super helpful. Thank you again!

I found Northwest dental during the Covid shut down. I was impressed with their safety measures. Gowns gloves, masks and antibacterial mouth rinse. After all they are putting things in your mouth so one must be very careful. Today I had Jen as my hygienist she is very friendly she has a tender touch and good communication skills. I was comfortable throughout my whole visit. The office girls always make me feel very welcome and I appreciate their clean and updated waiting room environment.

Dr Cook is such a kind man & the best dentist EVER!!! He genuinely cares about his patients! In all of the years that I have been going to him I have never left his office feeling anything less than happy with the Dr, and his staff! They are all wonderful!!!
