From the prospective of a new patient, the professionals at Northwest Dental group are friendly competent and accommodating. Dr. Bingham, aided by 3D scanning technology, was able to make and install a crown in one office visit. What a time saver!

I've been seeing Dr. Cook since 2004! Genetically my teeth are not real great. Both of my parents ended up with false teeth. One in their late 20's and one in their late 40's. Dr. Cook and his staff have helped me keep all of my teeth and my dental health in check all these years. I always recommend Northwest Dental to others

I have severe anxiety and fear of dentistry in general. I am very difficult to numb and, at 52 with lots of dental work, it has led to some terrifying and damaging experiences.
The staff was AMAZING. Even from the first when I wrote and said I wasn't sure I could make the appointment on the phone & requested email. They were calm and reassuring.
Jenn, the Dental Assistant, was amazing. Patient and thorough. Dr. Cook was calm and professional. Pausing when tears threatened to overwhelm and never judgemental.
While I am not looking forward to having the work done, my anxiety is less for sure.
I will happily update after I have the procedure under
conscious sedation in June.

We, my husband and I, have been going to Dr. Cook for a few years now, and as we both have anxiety when it comes to dentistry it was nice to see a dentist and his staff that were sensitive to this. Everyone at this dentist was so nice and helpful. I had a new insurance and they made sure that things were covered so I wasn't stuck with a surprise bill at the end. Really amazing communication and patient education. 10/10. I'm really happy that I found a great dentist that I can trust.

This is my 3rd/4th time going and I just wanna thank everyone at the Northwest dental center for being so kind everytime I go in there! I can truly say I feel so comfortable as soon as I walk in cuz of how welcoming it is in there! Also thanks to Dr. Bingham for doing an amazing job when work has to be done on me. Yes I highly do recommend this place to you all if your looking for an amazing dental place! :)
