I've been going to Northwest Dental Center for 3+ years now and could not be happier with the care I receive. I have fairly problematic teeth and Dr. Cook and his team are empathetic, caring, and make sure I get the most out of my insurance benefits. I've never felt pushed into having something done that wasn't absolutely necessary. I'm especially impressed by Dr. Cook's range of skills. When I needed a root canal last year, he was able to perform it himself, so I didn't have to seek out an outside endodontist. I'm also having a lower partial denture made, without having to go outside this office. I really like the staff, particularly dental assistant Becca and front desk person Tina. I am absolutely certain I'll continue to use Northwest Dental Service for as long as I continue to reside in Boise. Highly recommended!

I cannot even begin to say enough good things about this place. My husband had a dental emergency and we aren't even their patient and they got us right in. Every person was so kind and they ended up extracting an infected tooth. The doctor did a fantastic job. They got him numbef up right away to keep him comfortable.
Our normal dentist office was closed for a short period of time and their emergency dentist was not available for the emergency. Thank God for people like you guys!!! We just might be switching offices! Highly recommend.

They also have the fanciest X-rays I’ve ever seen and he let me take a photo/ video to be able to show my son who is really into bones! A co-worker of mine recommended Northwest Dental Center. I've been putting off going to the dentist for a long time because the previous dentist I saw had me taking endless x-rays and put together a treatment plan that was overwhelming and unaffordable. Northwest Dental Center set me at ease by going over my benefits and the treatment plan that they thought would be best suited for me, making it easy for me to understand and very affordable. I was surprised, because the treatment plan wasn't much different than the previous dentist who gave me the unaffordable rates. Not to mention they are able to take care of an existing problem right then and there, without trying to get me to set another appointment. I'm very glad that my co-worker recommended me to Northwest Dental Center.

I came in for a cleaning and the staff upfront was very helpful and nice . Elisa did my scans, she made it very easy and fast. She is also very beautiful.After my scans I got my cleaning done overall this office is the best, great staff and great service.
