The dentist, Johnathon made me feel comfortable and relaxed, as much as practical. He was very concerned about my comfort and tried to make the tooth extraction as painless as possible. Pulling teeth is always painful. But he and his assistant did their best.

10/10 would recommend! I’m literally terrified of going to to dentist. I had my husband come with and they were so nice and sweet about having him there for support. I absolutely loved the doctors there. They explained everything for me in away that I could understand and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I loved their finance option because I have zero insurance. It’s affordable and the lady that helped me also explained everything perfectly. They also got me in for a serious treatment that day. I can’t thank the staff there enough!

So ive had one cleaning here and 2 exams and one small filling. It’s not a terrible place or anything. Everyone is kind but they are definitely corporate and seems more about the money than the patient.
I was having some tooth pain and I went in for an exam. Turned out the tooth was ok and it was just having sensitivity. Dentist informs me I do have a small cavity on another tooth. Ok no problem. They tell me the cleaning and price for filling and I asked if I could just do the filling and the cleaning another time. They told me I have to do the cleaning first before filling. Again ok no problem. (I have had a cleaning from them 7 months prior)
Anyways that would have cost me $500+ dollars. So I decided to wait. Fast forward a few weeks and I went to another dentist for a cleaning and exam because I have insurance now.
My new dentist (Dr greenhalgh) looked at the tooth and said that I in fact do not have a cavity! It’s a slightly darker spot, but it wasn’t soft or anything and he’s not sure why they said I have one.
So they were going to charge me $500-600 and drill into my tooth for NO REASON! That super upsets me and also makes me question the filling I had done in the beginning of the year by aspen dental. It was also a very small cavity and so I’m wondering if it even was one ….
That’s all. The end. I will not be back
I doubt the dentist was trying to “swindle” me or anything but who knows. At the very least the dentists need addition training or something.

I will also add the cleaning I did have done felt very rushed and not thorough. It was done in 20 mins.

I'm in between jobs, hence no insurance at the present time, but they got me in the same day and worked out a payment plan for me, the staff is very polite, very nice people. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they didn't get my prescription sent to my pharmacy. And I can't really complain about that either being it was after 5 when they finished. But a pain pill would be good after an extraction! Very good experience I WILL be going back, and I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

I was super impressed! The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The care I received was modern and thorough. Literally all of the stains on my teeth were removed for the first time ever in my life. The building was clean and had a great layout with open doors, screens to keep my mind off the work being done and everyone I worked with was considerate and knowledgeable. They treated me like a valued client even though I didn’t have dental insurance. I’m so happy to have found this place.

I have been having a super bad toothache all weekend I called my regular dentist who couldn’t see me today and was able to get a recommendation for Aspen and man I’m glad he referred me. They were quick to get me an appointment. I walked in and everyone was so very friendly. The girl who took my X rays was so kind and didn’t kill my mouth taking them. After speaking with the dentist and figuring out a treatment plan I spoke with Shayla about a payment plan and she was so kind and extremely helpful. She got everything figured out for me and we were able to make everything work out. I can’t be any happier with how my experience went today.

I had them make me a flipper for a missing tooth. The absolute worse ever. I wouldn't let them do dentures if they cannot achieve a flipper😕 very disappointed

I was pretty impressed. The only disappointment was that I've been in excruciating pain for about a month now. . I asked 3 different times for a prescription for antibiotics and pain medicine because I have an infection. I was told it wasn't necessary and to take over the counter medication for pain. Very friendly people. Made it feel like I was visiting with family rather than in a dentist office. Friendly and helpful what more could one ask for?
