Best dental experience I've ever had! Everyone took great care of me and my situation and everyone was amazing! I can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Burt and his team did a very professional job on my extractions however.
I was told that if I signed on with this Genesis credit program, as I don't have insurance, that if I paid half of the $1300 bill now they would put up the other half and would expect payments of $45 a month subsequently. These were the terms I agreed to.

I was then told my post-op follow up would be included in the cost Genesis credit and myself had already put up.

I came in today for my post op and was immediately told I owed over $600 when I explained the aforementioned agreement they said I'd get seen today.

I was seen by the billing department that proceeded to tell me I have a $500 and something passed due balance (my first and last appointment was on the 29th, I haven't even had the opportunity to pay the $45 monthly payment yet). I was then told that Genesis was only agreeing to put up $100 which wouldn't have even covered my extraction and is not was what was explained when I signed this agreement. Despite the credit agreement I was informed that I'll be sent to collections in 90 days if they don't receive the outstanding balance they claim I have.

I feel like I've been coerced, into signing off on something that was far less than I agreed to.

I was never examined to make sure the extraction site was okay, despite having had some difficulties in healing.

The intial visit and other hardships have already put me in some dire financial straights and now a $500 payment is going to put me in a scary place financial.

Would recommend taking your chances at the ER if you have an infection.

Definitely won't be following up with the treatment plan and the alleged payment plan to handle that.

I had a crack in my upper left front denture. A repair was needed. As
we are from out of state, I looked for the nearest Aspen Dental facility, found this in Idaho Falls, ID. I am an established patient, so locating my account was no problem. From my arrival to looking at my repaired denture, I was treated with their friendly and respectful staff. Kudos to Dr Kistler, Katlyn and Jenna! You all made me feel welcome and comfortable; it was a good

The staff is great, but the doctor is very impersonal. She hardly said a word to me the whole time, and everytime I have been there, I have had questions about my treatment. But when she finishes she just leaves abruptly without saying anything or asking me how I feel, if I have questions, ect... I can't ask her any questions or get a word in because she leaves so quickly without a word. It doesn't feel like she cares about her patients.

My Aspen Dental staff are awesome. From the main "tooth-ologist", the great toothy assistants and the absolutely outstanding front office gang is by FAR the best dentistry experience I've had in all of my 70 years.

I loved my experience from start to finish. Love the staff, everyone is really friendly & understanding of my fears. The staff all gets along so good & works well together. Everyone is very friendly. The Dr takes time to listen to my goals & concerns. My cleaning was the most gentle cleaning I've ever had and also the best. The staff was very educational & explained everything to me as they were doing it. The office girls worked with me for financial options. I had a great experience & would recommend this office to everyone!!

The Aspen team was absolutely amazing. They made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me in a way that was easy too understand. Also the pricing was better than my usual dentist. I will now go to Aspen for all my dental needs.

I had a bad toothache and called several dentists, without any luck, and when I called Aspen, they offered a free exam (since I was a new patient) and were able to get me in that same day. The staff and dentist were awesome and provided great patient care! I would go back to them if they took my insurance!
