Absolutely the worst. My mother broke a tooth. She was in some pain but didn't have a dentist. We looked on her insurance dentist page and found Aspen delta listed as a provider. I made appointments for her and her husband but even for a semi-emergency they couldn't get her in for a week. I made the appointment because it was better than not. I called their billing department several times and left messages but never got a call back. I finally got lucky and talked to someone, and confirmed that they took my parent's insurance. Went online filled out all their forms. The day of the appointment my parents arrived and they xrayed her mouth and told her she needed a lot of dental work and it was infected but they couldn't help because they didn't accept her insurance. They didn't even give her an antibiotic to tide her over until she could get another appointment with another dentist. If the insurance and the dental office billing department both say the insurance is accepted how are the patients supposed to know that it's secretly not? If they had told us at the onset I could have simply found another dentist and avoided wasting a week while she suffered! I tried to call afterwards to let the billing department know they may have outdated information, but no answer and no return call.

This a con job the minute you walk in the door. It’s always you need a deep cleaning and then tell you that you need more cleaning and that will be another $1640. Went to a real dentist and got my problem resolved that same day. Do NOT go to Aspen dental!

Nikki the hygienist was the nicest and most gentle hygienist I have ever had. Plus she is fun to look at. Dr. G was great and very personable. The entire staff from start to finish was amazing and made the experience very comfortable. Thanks Aspen dental!!!

Only Dental place in town to help me out. I had no insurance but that was okay theirs prices are awesome. I went in to get my wisdom tooth extracted because it was bothering me and it was actually one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentists they really do care for you. Aspen Dental will be the only place I go from now on because they will help you no matter what

Prices are really high. Felt like they didn't listen to me just kept going about their routine. Showing me the price for what needed be done seemed really high. Need to accept more insurances for the area their in.

Took 5 weeks to get one set of dentures found soar spots that hurt so bad I could not eat called told them how much pain I was in they scheduled me 11 days out. I am very unhappy with lack of assistance given an adjustment would take 5 minutes I think it is ridiculous they care so little. I will never recommend them to anyone
