Aspen Dental

I love this dentist! All the staff are great workers and have amazing attitudes! Gutierrez is seriously the best dentist in town! I got a tooth pulled at a different dentist and even with laughing gas, 2 numbing treatments the pain was awful I was almost in tears because it took almost 30 minutes to pull. So when I had to get another tooth pulled I thought it was the end of the world especially since aspen dental didn't have laughing gas. They assured me it would be OK and I braced my for horrible pain. It didn't even take Gutierrez 2 minutes to pull the tooth! I didn't even know it was out until they started sitting me up and I asked if there was a problem or something. Nope! He was just that good no pain no tears no crunching noise from the tooth being pulled out. Even after the numbing wore off it was a little discomforting but nothung to bad! Thank you aspen dental! I will ALWAYS refer my friends and family to you!

Going to the dentist has always been crazy and kinda confusing. Aspen Dental didn't even give me a chance to ask a silly question. I was was literally wiped away with a whole new experience. This dentist appointment was fun and jumpy if you will. There staff most definitely made sure I was comfortable. It didn't hurt that this office was full of attractive women.

Got me and my wife in quickly for exam and cleaning. Very professional and personable staff. A was at ease the whole time.

Everyone at the Idaho Falls office were wonderful. I was pretty scared and they made me feel at ease. Dr. Gutierrez was skillful, gentle and easy on the eyes. ;) lol His hygienist was very knowledgeable and so nice. I highly recommend everybody that works in the Idaho Falls office to any of my friends and family. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

I was very pleased with my first visit to see about getting my dentures relined. The doctor look mouth and the x-rays for the bone denisty and looked my dentures over very carefully. Then said that could be relined. He wants to make a mold of them to show his office how dentures should look like.

Not my favorite dentists visit. I don't want to acuse them of something so serious as lying but I do think they over diagnosed what I had going on. I had an oral exam 3 weeks ago and nothing had been remarkable. I came here and they said I have periodontal disease ( which is quite serious)! That didn't sit well with me so I went to another dentist the next day and they said everything looked fine with my gums. I do need a few fillings and a root canal but I do not have a gum disease.
Quite the diagnosis to get wrong. Again I don't want to acuse but I will follow my gut and never go here again. I will take the two dentists opinions over this one.

They were very helpful and the ladies are so kind. They discuss everything with you and make sure you understand it as well. I highly recommend them to anyone

Awesome experience!!! I have been to a fair share of dentists and although all of them have been nice and super friendly, they paled in comparison on the professional aspect of there job. Apsen Dental was not only fast, super convenient, and everyone’s bedside manner was exceptional but also I was educated about my mouth and in every step of what the Denstist and Hygienist were doing. It was a unique experience, bar none! I left informed, comfortable, with several options to choose from and a step by step plan for my mouth treatment. It was an amazing experience and nice to see an office in this town that has embraced technology and progressive ideas to an archaic And dated industry. Aspen Dental is a must go!!!

My experience was really good. From the time we entered the office everyone was friendly and helpful. One thing I really liked was the comrade relationship that the co workers have for each other. Which helped to make you feel at home and more relaxed. Thank you for a awesome experience.

Went to the Idaho Falls location for the first time yesterday and every single person in the office was so nice, reassuring and answered any and all questions I had. (Which was a lot as my anxiety was through the roof). I haven't been to the dentist in 5 years and almost cancelled even though I was in so much pain because I am so scared of the dentist. I am so glad I didn't! Going to get my teeth taken care of and their financial lady was amazing too as I was freaking out with all the work I need done with no insurance.
