Phenomenal experience with the best staff! Seriously this place gave me a Oral-B Genius X, worth alot of money, brush like a professional and save yourself the pain later with that brush. Aspen Dental was on a divine level of services rendered to go beyond all expectations I had! Great dental work that is holding strong. I'll never go ANYWHERE else as an adult.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Went in for a check-up and x-rays and they were able to take care of my cleaning then, too. I will definitely be back! :-)

Teee from the idaho falls office is kind and makes sure questions are answered. Overall experience was very good.

Very friendly staff they make you comfortable as they can . I need root canal and it’s expensive and they helped me get finances.

Had an amazing experience at Aspen dental, they really cater to your needs! I have terrible anxiety when it comes to sitting in the chair, and they didn’t hesitate to help me feel as comfortable as possible. Definitely recommend going here for any dental work!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Both times I went in I ended up in extreme pain for weeks afterward and ended up having to go back for corrections and adjustments. The first dentist I saw told me I would need expensive corrective surgery on my jaw for my jaw clenching. Good thing I double checked with two different dentists; turns out I just need a mouth guard.

In every circumstance they tried to double charge us despite the fact that we had already paid. When we argued with them and showed them receipts they continued to insist that we owed them money. When we asked them to look into the account they said it was locked and that they could no longer access it and that they would have to escalate the issue. We told them to do so and NEVER heard back. They also failed to bill our insurance, or contact them at all. Lucky our insurance went to bat for us otherwise we would have also been overcharged for procedures in addition to the attempted double charges.

The Staff was Awesome i had a problem when i had a appointment at 5:00 pm i didnt have insurance becuase just started a new job and i get there they told me itll be 15 min so i paid with cash after i paid they said itll be 30 min wait then after 30 min they said itll be another 30 min wait so after working a 13 hour day at work i just wanted to get something to eat and relax a lil so i said i would just get another appointment so the next day i called and said i just wanted a refund i couldnt get time off work and just wanted a refund of the 360.00 i paid in cash Now the money i paid in cash i cant get refunded for another 4 to 5 days. Its already been 3 days. But if they asked me for the payment and i said itll be 4 to 5 days they wouldnt of let me in the front door. The staff was awesome the office very clean and updated, Great place to go just dont pay in cash. I liked it im only upset about the not being refunded i paid in cash why cant they just give me back the cash i paid.

Everyone was super kind and helpful the dentist is probably not the funnest place to be but everyone made me feel as comfortable as possible!

Best care I’ve ever received. All team members were kind, they took the time to explain things to ensure I understood the next steps. The level of communication between the team members is on point! Not once did a team member not know what was next. I definitely recommending Aspen Dental! My family will be switching to Aspen Dental.

My first visit with Aspen Dental was a good experience. Everyone was kind and patient and explained everything where I could understand. Dr. Burt my new dentist was great and very patient. Would recommend this office in Idaho Falls to everyone.
