It's never pleasant to visit the dentist but I can say that Dr. Strobel and his super team helped me to make this visit enjoyable ! Dan and his assistants explained me really well what they will do and were all very gentle with me. Everybody in this office is smiling, polite and professional. They are also very up do date with technology; you should see all the super advance gadget tools they have !! One last thing, I had breathtaking view of Chicago from any chair in the office !! I had not been to the dentist for an extended period of time due to the shelter in place at the beginning of the Coronavirus Pandemic. However, upon returning to Strobel Dentistry I was pleased to see an immaculate setting with comprehensive sanitation steps. Moreover, I was able to receive my regular exam from Dr. Isabella and excellent cleaning and treatment from Leslie. Leslie always provides a warm and welcoming experience and I’m glad to remain a satisfied customer!

The dental staff at Strobel are all A-1 in promoting and providing dental care. My dentist, Dr. Terrassa has given gentle and meticulous care toward restoring my broken smile. I do a lot of speaking so I have really come to appreciate the positioning and care for my front teeth in particular. Dr. Terrassa makes it come back together again.

These guys are fantastic. I'm always impressed when, we only really see each other twice a year, they remember me & details about me.
The dentists are informative and insightful and the hygienists are so friendly and good! I love the way my teeth feel afterwards! :) The location is so convenient for me, working downtown. I've never had a bad experience there. My kids & husband love it too. Strobel is worth the trip from Oak Park for them.
I do recommend them to everyone.

Best dental practice ever. I just moved to Chicago and googled "dentists near me" and luckily, there was Strobel. I had no idea my first visit would be the most thorough and professional and painless dental visit I've ever experienced. They have state-of-the-art equipment and every single person from the Receptionist to the Dental Assistant, Hygienist, and Dentist were so welcoming, knowledgeable and professional, it blew me away. I will be referring my entire family to Strobel.

UPDATE: Dr. Dan emailed me and was very apologetic about the situation about three months ago. I went in to the office the next and have been doing Invisalign again at no additional cost to what I had already paid the first time. I'm VERY happy with the results this time around. So I went to Strobel Dentistry for two years. I loved the staff and the dentist was nice. However, it’s been a close to a year since being done with my Invisalign treatment and if I’m being honest, I’m still not happy with my teeth. Originally, I went in with one problem tooth. It was sticking in inward compared to the rest. After almost a year a half of treatment, we never got to move that tooth out to the same level as the rest. I kept expressing my feelings about it and that I wasn’t quite happy but I was told that we brought it out as much as we could. I felt like they didn’t want to continue to order trays for me even though they mentioned during my first consultation that they would order me as many trays that I needed to fully make me happy. Looking back, I wish I spoke out even more since I spent a lot of money on the treatment. It sucks to still not be 100% happy with my smile. Also, the dentist didn’t even come in to the room to check on my end results during my final appointment which was odd to me.
