What a breathe of fresh air. I dentist office working with great equipment, very knowledgeable staff and a wonderful environment. I LOVED IT. Leslie made me feel comfortable. She was knowledgeable and she explained all of the procedures. THE FUTURE OF DENTISTRY TODAY!!

If there was an option for zero stars I would be sure to give it. This office is rude, unprofessional and ghetto. If you complain about a service get ready to be treated poorly. This office took my money for accelerated treatment for braces. I was told that I was a good candidate for them but obviously this was not true as a seven month treatment plan has turned into nearly 2 years. There are too many dental offices in Chicago and elsewhere to deal with this. I would avoid Evette and Dr. Terrassa. Both unprofessional.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Dan and his team. They are truly exceptional at what they do. I started coming to Strobel Dentistry a little over 10 years ago after a bad experience with another dentist. I don't know who the HR person for this team is but they need a raise! Everyone I've had the pleasure of interacting with has been exceptional.

My last two cleanings were with Bridget and not only do I want to be besties with her because she's so personable but she also does a phenomenal job on my teeth. Everyone who's cleaned my teeth over the last 10 years has done an amazing job. You can't go wrong with anyone you get assigned to.

The only complaint I have is that they keep trying to make me get rid of my wisdom teeth because they're causing some bone loss. Guess that's more of a personal thing than a complaint lol.Services can be a bit pricey, but its worth every penny.

Year after year, I keep coming back and will always come back because this practice is truly exceptional. They're honest, genuine and really care about their patients. I trust them with my teeth and I don’t trust easy.

Overall great experience, my hygienist Aer was very thorough and knowledgeable and very gentle with the cleaning! Dr. Dan was also very thorough and very personable, felt right at home throughout my entire visit.

Wonderful dental experience! Recently switched our family of four to Dr. Strobel. The staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you step in the front door. The office is impeccably clean and they have taken all necessary precautions for Covid. Fantastic service, happy to have made the switch. Highly recommend!

My son (17) visited Strobel Dentistry today for cleaning. The hygienist explained his gums condition to me. We have got referral for his wisdom teeth removal. Strobel Dentistry asked our previous dentist (we have moved recently) for our son’s Xrays and used it for evaluation, which was so nice of them. Doctors were informative and kind. The receptionist was a warm and very helpful person. ( I have got an appointment myself.)

I've been a patient of Strobel Dentistry for over 30 years. This practice is not only an excellent source for experienced, modern dentistry, it is a practice where all employees are more like extended family and that feeling is shared with each and every patient. Our dental health is important and they are concerned about our overall wellbeing, too. I would definitely recommend that you consider Strobel Dentistry when searching for a practice you can trust.

Update: today I got to experience the non-judgmental and supportive care they offer at Strobel Dentistry. I was very nervous to go back to get a cleaning after 2 years because I was judging myself for not prioritizing my dental care and not being the best at flossing. However, Lisa (my hygienist), asked questions and spoke to me in such a calm manner that made me feel safe to disclose how my mental health can some days make it hard to get up or I forget to brush my teeth or floss. She made me feel heard, validated, and talked through different ways I could still take care of my dental hygiene even on the hard days. Thank you, Lisa!!!

Old post: I've been a patient of Dr. Dan Strobel for almost 10 years, and have always appreciated the way he and his team make sure i feel comfortable and taken care of. It has always been a positive experience!

Now with the pandemic it was no surprise that they have a process in place to make sure everyone (the patient and the staff) feels safe. I received a form via text a day in advance to ensure it was okay for me to go in, and when i got there Aer, the hygienist, walked me through their process and the extra precautions they are taking. She also creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere which allowed me to relax and feel like all of my questions and concerns were addressed. This is very important because for a cleaning we spend more time with the hygienist and they get a closer look than the dentist. By the time Dr. Dan came in Aer was fully prepared to provide a summary of what she saw which was no surprise to me because she and i had already discussed it. I appreciate that level of communication and transparency. I highly recommend folks, especially if like me you grew up hating the dentist, check out Strobel Dentistry!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Isabella is wonderful! She is thorough and gentle when treating you and explains everything well. I have been having a problem with major canker sores for 4 months now and have seen several doctors and another dentist before coming here. This is the first place to give me real help with the situation.
