I was scared to seek out a dentist because of the costs and the stigma after not going for a long time. These people were so nice and helpful I felt like family after I left.
I came in off the street seeking help and to my luck they were able to help me right away. Not having insurance I was afraid I would go broke trying to get help but the pain was so severe that I had no choice. The staff was so helpful and informed me right away that I don't have to go anywhere else and they would help me. I was in a chair in less than 10 min after walking in and then was treated and on my way home in under an hour, in other words SUPER EFFICIENT !
They fixed my filling, stopped the pain and when the time came to pay the bill it was LESS THAN 20% of what I paid at other dental offices! I walked out with money still in my wallet! Being a student on a student budget I was beyond relieved at this fact.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Efficient staff, Premium customer service and all at better than reasonable costs.
Unlike most dentists he didn't make me feel guilty about not being a regular to the dentist for cleanings and check ups. I was so impressed I came straight home from my appointment to write this review. Thank You and God Bless You Dr. Strobel (Sr).

Dr. Strobel and his team are a first class operation. Beautiful up-to-date facilities and easy central location in the loop, convenient to CTA and Metra. Washington and Wabash EL stop at their doorstep. They certainly know their stuff and are very thorough, kind & polite.

This place was recommended to my girlfriend(now wife). I haven't been to a dentist in 9 years, and they were very gentle. They were also really knowledgeable. If you need a dentist, I can't recommend them highly enough.-Been here ten years now

Beware! Before setting an appointment make sure to ask if they are in network or out of network, they will not make that clear to you, but will except your insurance of course! Also, ask for a quote for any work that will be done, I am now stuck with over $1,000 for a cleaning, and 5-6 fillings when I expected my bill to be at most half that amount!

BE CAREFUL if u think about doing FILLINGS here. After Dr. Dan convinced me to do fillings for 4 of my teeth on my right side, I had the worst discomfort I have ever had in my life with two of my teeth. Technically, I feel it even when I have a banana or drink room temperature water. It so uncomfortable that I had to stop eating on my right side completely and be extreme careful with drinking any beverage. Did I tell you that I PAID OUT OF POCKET for almost $1600 for these fillings to be done on four teeth. I tried to give him a second chance however, he could not be able to resolve the issue. Worse, they still want to continue to do fillings my left side. Not only I LOST MONEY but I have to bear with this pain for God knows how long. Now i have to start searching for other dentist who can recover this for me.
I do want to give 2 stars because he does help me understand how to improve my gum health; however, the discomfort he caused was way too horrible

I made an appt to request a second opinion regarding a filling and my wisdom teeth. Dr. Reyes evaluated my teeth and spent a generous amount of time discussing my options. She didn't rush through the appt. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend checking out Strobel Dentistry.
