Dentist will pressure into stuff you dont want. Told them time and time again that i needed a certain appt time, they pressure you into a different one and you have to cancel, and then want to charge you for 50$ to hold the appt time you need for tbe future.
They could stop the pressuring b.s. it might be ok. They need to be more thoughtful of their clients needs. If you a time then you should get it, not being pressured i to something else because those times are tough to get!

it would be nice to get a call one day before my appointment... show up early for my appointment to find out my appointment is cancel and the new receptionist is not very friendly and that's added the frustration ...plus drove from St. Louis to Collinsville is not fun just to know your appointment is cancelled....( Just Clarification, I did not came in the day early of my appointment, I came on my appointment date and the receptionist told me that my appointment is cancelled and I told her I did not receive a call that my appointment is cancelled and then she offer me that I can wait another one hour if I want to see the hygienist)...... I was there on my appointment date and I can pull up that text If you want me to post that here) but anyway ...apology is accepted and time to find another dentist and I like Dr. Penida she is a good doctor.
