Creating Smiles Family and Cosmetic Dentistry: Dr. Gena Pineda

I went in today for the second time and it was wonderful! The staff is very friendly welcoming and they genuinely care about their patients. They remembered personal details and facts about my previous visit. Not to mention, I received a handwritten welcome card in the mail! Dr. Pineda is excellent! She was extremely thorough with my procedure. She was very careful, gentle and periodically checked in to make sure I was comfortable. She had to administer an anesthetic and I didn’t even feel the shot!

I am so happy with my decision to become a patient of Dr. Pineda’s. My only regret is that I didn’t go sooner! I was way overdue for a dental check up and have been putting it off for years. The office staff is very kind, welcoming and professional! The dental hygienists and Dr. Pineda are very friendly, gentle and great at what they do! A wonderful place for kiddos too! My son is 3 and had an awesome first dental experience! I would recommend Creating Smiles to anybody!

Great staff of girls, friendly, caring. They help to take out the fear of going to the dentist. This office takes time to explain everything about your dental health. Answers all your questions to help you take control of your teeth and gums. I had not seen a dentist for 8 years and had a really bad decade front tooth up at the gum line. I thought it would probably be pulled and then what? No my tooth was restored. Great experience. 😂 I have found a new dentist, the right dentist.

It is not always a fun thing to go to the dentist, but Creating Smiles Family Dentistry makes it enjoyable. Starting from the welcoming greetings when you enter the door into the office to the kind and gentle people in the back. I would send anyone their way who has a dental phobia of like me. I recently retired and moved to the St. Louis area. Picking a new Dentist is always difficult in a new place. I can’t tell you how pleased I was with the care, knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of the staff at the Collinsville location. I went in for a routine cleaning and believe it was the best visit I’ve ever had to a dental office. Becky, Ashley and Dr. Pineda were all first class. As a retired professional working with others over the years, I would highly recommend them.

I've always been a proponent of good oral hygiene. I don't like the discomfort of going to the dentist. Creating Smiles makes the process easy from making to appointments to getting a cavity filled. The staff is friendly and compassionate. Dr. Pineda is knowledgeable and has a delicate hand. I can't imagine using another dentist.

We had a great experience. It was my 3 year old's first dentist visit and everyone there made her feel comfortable. She absolutely loved it. I really liked how everything was explained to me while viewing the pictures. No other dentist as ever taken that much time to make me feel comfortable, knowledgeable, and welcome! I will definitely use Dr Pineda for all my dental needs.

Whenever I come in to Creating Smiles, the staff are extremely friendly. They make you feel like it’s going to be ok! I have a great fear of the dentist, but after my first visit, the staff made me feel so comfortable! The “Doc” was so down to earth and spoke in a language that I was able to understand what was about to take place! She made me feel comfortable and never moved on until I was comfortable and pain free! They all rock!!!!!

Very professional, before them I was scared of going to the dentist but they make you very comfortable. And most importantly they remember you. You can leave a conversation when you leave and pick right back up when you return for another visit. That means alot to me when it comes to health care.
