I was amazed how in depth my visit was. More detailed x-rays than I have ever had. They showed me the x-rays and explained what needed to be done. The hygienist, Rhonda was gentle with the cleaning. The dentist, Dr Dallas Pineda was thorough with her exam of my teeth. Everyone in the office was so nice.

Becky: My dental hygienist does a superb job of cleaning my teeth specifically in areas which I attract buildup of decay material. The recommendations she has made has helped me to retain my full set of teeth. She encourages flossing after brushing, use of water pic, and rinsing with a mouth wash not harmful to my teeth. Over the years I have come to trust her judgement.

What a great experience at creating smiles. Dr. Pineda was so gentle and took her time to be sure I would be pain-free. The staff was equally as kind and gentle. All in all the entire experience was very good. Visiting the dentist can be A very anxiety filled experience. The caring relaxed demeanor of the whole staff was a game changer for me. I am someone who always had problems with my teeth since I was a child. I would always go long periods of time due to financial reasons or various circumstances, not going to the dentist. Then I would go, spend hundreds of dollars on treatments, fillings etc and then not be able to keep up my progress. Eventually I got to a point where I could afford to commit to getting my oral care in check. I started going to Dr. Gina Pineda close to my Collinsville home and slowly but for surely committed to my oral health. It was painful and unpleasant at first with scalings and root planing, fillings and root canals with rose Endodontics but I was committed to getting to that every 6 month checkup status that I wanted to be. If you only go every 6 months for cleanings that means you are doing pretty good! Finally I got to that point with Dr. Gina Pineda for the first time in my life! Now I am a patient of Dallas Pineda and I not only have a great dentist but someone that I am actually excited to see and talk to every 6 months! And I finally have a smile I am proud of!

My experience was way better than my previous 10 visits. I should call them out lol. The woman at the front desk idk her name was helpful and took the time2explain my questions without seeming frustrated amid my indecisiveness2 schedule another appointment. Dr Genebacher is very good at what she does. I got a filling b4 and it was nothing like this
She was fast but precise. And she was way easier on my eyes than my last dentist. Just saying. I highly recommend this business

I had a very positive experience at Creating Smiles. I am pretty nervous about the dentist in general, and I have had some bad experiences in the past with bad bedside manner. Dr. Pineda and her staff certainly made me feel at ease. They were very helpful and the customer service experience was great. The office was clean and comfortable. They were recommended to me and I would do the same for friends needing future dental work!

I have been absolutely terrified of Dentist and shots my whole life. I am 74 and fell and really messed up my teeth badly (only seven left) on the bottom.Gena did a great job of calming me down and the staff for holding my hand. I had cosmetic surgery and I now smile . I keep buying lipstick because now I’m finally not ashamed of my smile. I would not wear it before. I didn’t want to draw attention to my teeth. This is worth the expense, This is the best Dentist and staff ever. God Bless you Dr.Gena and stall .
