The staff at Creating Smiles are the best. They were very patient in finding time to schedule the whole family and super kind when we arrived! They were so organized in managing my appointment with my children’s. Dr. Pineda and her staff explained everything to the kids as they went along which truly helped for a great first experience for the little ones. The exam I received was very thorough and their modern equipment was really useful in helping me to understand the process. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new, thoughtful, and thorough dentistry experience.

At my last planned visit I had a cavity filled. It is amazing how easily that process went and how little… to no discomfort I had even on the day after. Wonderful and talented people work at this office!
Just had my check up, thankfully it has been 3 years since I had a cavity but I am going back in a week to get a small one filled. Convenient rescheduling to fit it into my schedule and I appreciated their flexibility fitting me in so quickly since I couldn't stay the day of my cleaning. Great team and attitudes!
Well it only took 57 minutes yesterday to fill that cavity. Great teamwork there!

I wouldn't want to go to any other dentist office. Dr. Pineda always makes me feel at ease and thoroughly explains everything. Becky, my dental hygienist is great too! Love going to her! I lived in Collinsville when I first starting going and then moved to Highland a few years ago but I would rather drive there than find somewhere closer. All the ladies are so nice. I don't have insurance anymore but they have a plan you can get and will work with you. 5 stars in my book!

I have went to Gina Pineda since I was in high school in 2011. Since then I have lost my dental insurance, but I have been able to continue yearly treatments. This was possible due to their amazing membership plan. Recently Dallas Pineda started at the office after dental school and she is just as wonderful as her mom. Everyone is very friendly and my visits are always quick and thorough. I have watched this office grow and I truly love it there. I would recommend everyone I know will continue going there for all my dental needs until it’s no longer possible.

Dr. Gena is the best dentist I have ever been to, her entiwre staff is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She gets all these 5 star ratings for a reason. My new hygienist Rhonda is really nice and does an excellent job also.
