All Family Dental and Braces

I called in March for an appointment to get two wisdom teeth pulled and they said they couldn't take new patients until August so I explained that my dentist said they needed to be removed soon so they got me in for May. A week before my appointment I had to get on antibiotics for my teeth. I get to my appointment and notice this place is too small for the amount of people they're serving and it's very dirty. The receptionists were messing around and being rude to patients. The dental assistant and dentist were nice but I don't think they were concerned with my situation. When they walked me to the reception area to make my appointment they told me I'd have to wait until july!!! It's may and I already have been waiting just to be looked at. I have an active infection like how am I going to wait!!?

I take two of my greatgrandsons to All Family Dental and Braces for all of their appointments. Everyone is so nice and professional. They do a fantastic job. I was recommended to go there by my Granddaughter who went there a few years ago for her Braces. She is very pleased with them . Thanks to all who work there. They are never nervous about going to the Dentist.

We have been to several dentists in our area and we have been really let down. Coming to this location has been one of the best experiences. My kids actually enjoyed going to the dentist! I felt my concerns were also heard and respected. Which is a huge huge plus for me.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I waited just a couple minutes after filling out paperwork to be called back for my wisdom teeth consultation and just a couple more minutes until the doctor came over after my X-rays. The visit went smoothly especially accompanied with my 4 year old. Great experience!

I wish I could give NO stars. Unfortunately,I had the worst experience possible. No communication given from staff. No communication between staff and orthodontist/oral surgeons themselves. Totally unprofessional and distasteful Appointment canceled on me without notification. The reschedule alone was two months out!! Run around for 3-4 months ultimately ending with me standing there while they fumbled through paperwork and notes to tell me they can not place my braces because they do not have the right paperwork. I am detail oriented and write everything down. They claim I was notified during initial consultation by the orthodontist which did not happen. I was also seen two other times where this was not mentioned. Do not come here unless you want a headache and high blood pressure. I will be taking my cash elsewhere!

Horrible experience. The dentist has a script for all her patients. Accusing parents of "not flossing" Coming in to check kids teeth with a negative attitude. She pulled 2 of my child's teeth that could have been saved with a root canal. My child needed more dental work So we returned after the first two extractions. She literally accused me of not brushing her teeth for weeks. I had to tell her she ate a doughnut before we got there . At that point we were going back and forth. While my child was being giving laughing gas she was more concerned about arguing with me about weather the teeth could be saved or not. She obviously frustrated took me to the hallway and said she could not do anything for my daughter ended the appointment. My child currently has 6 untreated cavities. A huge fear a dentists that started when she came here . They refused to refill an antibiotic, When requested via phone call my daughters entire face was swollen they NEVER called back over 10 days Would not give an antibiotic prior to the teeth being pulled when there was clearly an infection. Which would have put her at risk. She literally told me she would need 6 staff members to hold my child down and she does not have time for that today . This was a 4 month process to get no where but 2 teeth pulled not saved. And 6 more that needed immediate attention. I called another dentist made an appointment and they tried to get my daughters records they told the new dentist she had never been a patient there. Also she's a very uneducated as to why a child's teeth could go bad . My child's seizure meds are the reason for her bad teeth not candy and lack of care. No referrals were given. Now because of this ladys horrible attitude lack of compassion my child is terrified of dentists it was obvious to my 4 year old the lady was being rough with her and had an attitude and was arguing with me. NO GOOD came from waiting 3 months to get the teeth pulled and the other 6 left with no remedy . No proper referral. No records of my daughter as a patient there. The picture is the day of the last appointment where she was going to attempt to pull my child's teeth with that much swelling from the infection.

Went for 4 wisdom teeth extraction with sedation. Staff was very kind and understanding. Day after surgery, healing nicely and feel confident they did a good job. 🙂

Dr Mosoof is great with kids, she make you as a parent and your child feel comfortable during dental appts that can be daunting for a young child. My daughter is 3, needed fillings and her and her staff were amazing. I highly recommend.

Today my three-year-old daughter had an appointment for a consultation to have her front tooth removed, the wonderful team at all family dental took very good care of my daughter and we’re all so patient and kind I couldn’t imagine taking my children anywhere else. Amazing staff!!

This was my first time coming here, I was very shocked and impressed. They are very friendly. Explains things to the parents/patient without having to ask. Gives advice and what to do going forward. They also made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.!!!
