All Family Dental and Braces

I gave it 3 stars cause the stuff in the back are great but they need to get new reps girls in the front I been there 4 times with my 3 kids, my oldest needs braces and I got a letter from my insurance so I called and they told me to have the Clinic re send the form to get approval and see if the insurance will approval the 2nd time I let the rep know and very lazy and you can tell she is not met to work with ppl told no I told them that when I called the office they guy that answered told to just go in and sign the paper and she told no just kept saying no and it was obvious they just don't want to work like ppl just want to get paid and not work. I will not return to this location. Unless they get rid of that rep in the front.

They are fast and efficient here! Clean work environment and the staff was friendly. Definitely recommend although their appointments fill up fast and may take a while to get in, it’s was worth the wait.

This is by far the worst dental office I have been to. If it were possible to give this place zero stars, I most certainly would. The office was very unorganized by making us wait 30 mins to have x-rays faxed over by our primary dental office. Why this wasn’t done ahead of time is beyond me. The appointment was made weeks prior. Also, being a specialty pediatric office you would expect a dentist that is good with children, however that is not the case here. My child was scared and the dentist did nothing to try to console him, in fact she did the very opposite by throwing down her instruments very rudely and refused to treat him. No attempt was even made. In my opinion, this lady does not belong in the pediatric field whatsoever.

They were amazing made me feel welcome and like family. From the second I walked in till the time I walked out friendly and smiles is all I got from them. When you walk into a place and you get that feeling that your in good company , yes that is exactly what I felt . I got nice clean teeth and a tooth brush , but what's wired is even though I'm a adult they still treated me with the love they should show kids and the respect that a adult gets shown . A perfect 10 I wish I remembered the girls name that took me in and the dentists name they just were that good !

We made the appointment with no problems. We didnt wait too long in the waiting room before we were seen. The dentist & hygenists were very nice. They made us comfortable & discussed treatment options. Will be glad to refer them.

Very dissapointed and angry at this place. First they couldn't get my phone number right. Waiting for a call I never got. The people scheduling don't know there job. There not good and I can't understand them. My son was hurting and lost a filling. Everytime I needed a appointment it was a week in advance.Then was told after the consultation to fix his tooth the appointment would be two months away. That's all they could do unless someone cancels. If your patient is hurting they need care now. We went somewhere else. My experience don't go here. All you do is wait.

The Hispanic receptionist was very rude on the phone and in person. I couldn’t complete the paperwork at the office because of her bad attitude and I left. The office needs an improvement with their receptionist customer service.

We have bounced around a few different dentists in the area with unhappy results until we found ALL FAMILY DENTAL. Professional, kind, great with children and all around the happiest I’ve been in a dental office in years. Thank you ALL FAMILY DENTAL AND BRACES!!

Staff was extremely professional and attentive to patient needs and to post operative care following surgery on wisdom teeth.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed, the assistant was nice and friendly, the surgeon didnt say much but he wasnt mean neither and the procedure was quick ! I definitely recommend them
