This im has been a disappointing experience from the original visit to be honest. The professionalism is lacking, the scheduling is not supportive to those patronizing, and the overall communication about my Ortho treatment plan has been minimal. I have had to be insistent and persistent with services or else I would not know what exactly is happening in my treatment. The original 18 month plan has become indefinite with no clear communication on why. The one doctor over-seeing several students is often in a rush, and the students lack assertiveness and confidence to clearly communicate the treatment. I understand its a learning process, but this is also a service that im paying thousands for, so there needs to be more customer service focus. I've asked for a return call from someone in management and NEVER received that. I should have prefaced that all this has been the case since before COVID19, and has certainly not presented any better upon reopening after COVID19. Im disappointed to be locked into this service considering how its not gone well from the start.

I came in to get my wisdom teeth extracted, however, I was left with permanent nerve damage to the left side of my tongue from the procedure. The healing process was excruciating on the left side compared to the right. Now I have no type of sensation nor do I taste anything on that side. From what I understand & what I’ve been told by specialists, it will be like this for the rest of my life. I came in trying to resolve my wisdom teeth issue & came out with a more severe and permanent issue. I regret coming to this oral surgeon but what I don’t regret is making this review in hopes to save someone from the pain & stress & suffering & heartache that I am going through.

So my children had a dentist appointment here on July 15th they told me that I couldn’t sit with my 11 year old because in their eyes she was old enough To sit by herself I explained to them that she was traumatized as a child at the dentist and they refuse to listen so I decided to pull my children from the dentist and find a new dentist they decided that they were going to send me a certified letter and a mail me a letter Stating that I can’t be a patient there anymore not my kids or nothing just me. What because I spoke my mind about sitting with my child that’s fine there is plenty of dentist offices out here and thankfully before i left the parking lot there I found one that treated me and my children with respect and allowed us all in the same room as well.

Im a single Daddy of two, boy 9 and girl 7. Had an appointment for both at the same time by my self, I coukd not have been more satisfied! The staff and experience was phenomenal. From the front greeter, the electronic registration, the dental assistant, Doctor and scheduling at the end, just phenominal! My 7 year old daughter had an extraction done, Daddy was more nervous than her as we failed at the attempt once before. Tge assistant and Doctor were so personable, comforting, empathetic, professional and passionately involved in every single step of the way, they literally brought tears to my eyes! Kudos to the entire staff! Take a bow and be very proud of your passion and performance. Please be sure to share this feedback with them and their Leadership team. They got all the sugar bugs out of Jersey's mouth :) Merry Christmas

Terrible customer service from the office!!! to the representatives over the phone who are trying to be nice and not doing anything to help out. Making the customers feel like they are doing them a favor. Not to mention in the Rockford location they are so disorganized and not professional at all. The ladies, all of them are there to get their paycheck and that’s about it. Doing absolutely nothing w/no knowledge of anything. This place is a joke!

Worst place to go to I received a quote for getting Invisalign I had to pay either upfront to receive a discounted price or monthly payments so I paid upfront to find out that my upfront payment only covered partial treatment so basically they were only going to straighten half of my teeth for that price which sounds stupid. I do not recommend going to them whatsoever as they will improperly quote you.As that's what happened to me from the manager herself Natasha I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well.

I’ve been a patient, customer here for at least a year now. And I’ve always left very satisfied with every visit. All the employees are very friendly and nice and good workers. I love the fact that they have many people who are bilingual. Love that they speak both spanish & english. Cause there’s alot of places that don’t 😕but love this dentist. Very clean also!

I paid for x-rays and a cleaning, and they claimed I needed a deep cleaning. They wanted to charge me an extra $500 after I had already paid for the cleaning. They refused to do my cleaning. I asked for a partial refund since they didn't do the cleaning, and they refused.
