My family has always received excellent dental care at Troy Family Dental. The staff is friendly, efficient and compassionate. Dr. Boatman and Dr. Spencer are the best. They were very very professional as well as caring. They took very good care of my daughter during her procedure and as her mom they kept me informed. They were very accommodating as my daughter is special needs. I highly highly recommend them. I feel they went above and beyond with the service they provided. This was the most pleasant and informative visit to the dentist I have ever had. Samantha was my hygienist and she was GREAT! Had a consultation with Dr. Spenser (great also) and was treated with the utmost kindness and consideration for my entire visit. Very thorough treatment and explanations throughout. The office is conducted in sheer professionalism from the time I made my appointment until we were finished. Top notch in every respect. I guess you can tell I can not say enough good about Troy Family Dental. Thanks so much, looking forward to my next visit.

Hands down, best experience at a dentist that I've ever encountered! & I had a root canal! The entire staff was super friendly and took great care of me while I was there, even as a brand new patient! Our family will 100% be making the switch to Troy Family Dental! The always friendly Dr. Jordan Spencer is very understanding and gentle with the anxiety that comes along with dental procedures. They are all very friendly. The atmosphere is very calm. They were able to attend to my emergency the same day and schedule me for follow-up procedures immediately even though they are in great demand at this time. I know that I will receive quality dental care whenever I am there. Both doctors Boatman and Spencer and their entire staff will not disappoint!

Dr Boatman is simply the best dentist I have had as an adult. It is obvious that he has high expectations of all those who work at Troy Family Dental. While no one enjoys going to the dentist, Dr Boatman and staff make it as pleasant as possible and I feel like I am in excellent hands.

I paid in full, on my first appointment for 3 cleanings, treatments, and fillings. They kept canceling my appointments. Finally they did some of the work I had paid for but I was still receiving bills for the services I had received and already paid for AND the ones I had not yet been to but had also, already paid for. I assumed this was an error and would be easily resolved but after multiple attempts and even canceling future appointments (that have been paid for) not only will they not reimburse me for the services not recieved but they refuse to remove the bill in general. I have never seen basic math handled so poorly by someone in a professional capacity nor have I seen someone so unwilling to even listen or investigate a customers complaint.
