Highly recommend! Called today for an emergency, new patient visit for my very terrified son, and they got him in and did all of the work he needed in one last minute visit. Dr. Boatman and the assistant were amazing and did everything they could to make my child comfortable! Love this place! Very clean and friendly, from the phone call to walking out!

Been going to Troy Family Dental for a few years now and every visit has been great. Dr. Boatman and Dr. Spencer are both highly professional and proficient at what they do. I have had traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, but Troy Family Dental was not one of them! They were so nice and explained everything they were going to do and why. Never had such a wonderful experience. If I could rate them a 10, I would!!!

My experience at Troy Family Dental today was great! I was distraught because I couldn’t figure out how to do something. The dental prosthetist was very patient and understanding of my problem. She explained how to do it and then did it. Then she let me try it and I did it! What a relief. So, I did it a couple more times. I finally felt relieved and comfortable, knowing that I could now do it myself tonight. I really appreciated her explaining to me how to do it and then doing it and then I was able to do it myself, too.! Yes, Troy Family Dental deserves all five stars! Because they are simply that good!

Today 2.21.22 was my first visit to Troy Family Dental and I am quite impressed. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. My hygienist Erica explained in detail what she was going to do, what she had learned, and what needed to be done. Then I met with Dr. R. Boatman. He also explained in detail what our plan was going to be and what needed to be done. I was greatly impressed on the efficiency of this office. They are able to handle a good number of patients at one time. I was a person who avoided the dentist if possible. After today, that feeling is gone. I would recommend this office to anyone out there. I look forward to my next visit. Kudos to Troy Familt Dental and staff !

Again, great service & excellent service was rendered today, (6/29/2022). Dr. Spencer’s customer care and management are impeccable. You will not find a better managed and run dental center than Troy Family Dental Services. The professional services here is so outstanding, I don’t mind the 40+ miles drive I have to take from St Charles, MO to receive dental care.
