Troy Family Dental

I made an appointment with Troy Family Dental for a consultation. I was given a through explanation of my dental health. I made informed decisions and scheduled my first appointment. Dr. Boatman called me prior to my appointment to ask if I had any questions or concerns and welcomed me as a new patient. After my first appointment he called me to check on me. The care and treatment of the entire staff I came into contact with made me feel at ease and in good hands. There are not enough stars to describe my satisfaction with Troy Family Dental.

Troy Family Dental provided the most amazing care during my visit today. Dr. Spencer, Candace, Emily, Amanda, and Taylor are absolutely wonderful!!! As someone who fears the dentist chair, these professionals always put my mind at ease and are masters of pain management. I am so thankful to have found such an incredible dental practice to meet all of my needs. EVERYONE HERE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much, Troy Family Dental!

I’ve always received great care and personalized service. The hygienists are excellent and go the extra steps to ensure the patient is comfortable and understands the care being rendered.
I’ve seen both Dr.’s Boatman and Spencer over the years and they too treat patients with the utmost respect and give great care.
Healthcare — including dental care — is expensive to say the least. I think that this practice gives patients many financial choices to help people afford some of the work not covered by insurance. After all, insurance coverage stops at basic dental health — having a pretty smile or implants doesn’t fall under the basic health/dental care description. The fact that this practice is willing to give financial options says a lot. You don’t find that level of service in all dental practices. Thank you, Troy Family Dental, for providing great service!

Wonderful place! I would recommend them to anyone. They are amazing to my children. They are a great staff to talk with and always give you a 100 percent.

This was my first experience at this dental office. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received. The dental hygienist did an excellent job with explaining what she was doing and the job she did. I would also like to compliment the high level of the care for Covid safety.

As many times in my life I have visited a dentist office I can honestly say those experiences were less than favorable. However, today changed all that. The staff has been genuinely kind and considerate and Dr. Boatman was by far the best dentist I have ever seen. It seemed as though the procedure was over quickly with minimal discomfort to me. I would recommend Troy Dental to everyone looking for the best in dental services.

I have had alot of bad experiences growing up with my teeth. Very soft enamel and most of the work I had done just fell out quickly. I was even told by one dentist to not come back that they wouldn't do any work due to my enamel condition. I have just suffered for all of my adult life and gave up thinking I would ever have a nice smile. The gross look on peoples faces when I speak with them, the NEVER smiling in any pictures, the rude comments.....it was time to fix it! Troy Family Dental has made feel good about the plans we had developed to get my first real smile. Skylie? and Dr. Boatman were very understanding and very comfortable to talk with and they took all the time I needed to make my decision and lay out my options. I was blown away with the technology and expertise with Troy Family Dental and look forward to getting my dental health to where is should be. With sedation to help with my high anxiety of needles, it will finally be a pleasant time at the dentist. I cannot begin to explain what I have gone through, but Troy Family Dental is the place to go to get your dental health need taken care of. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Wow. I am so impressed with the service that I received when I was getting a crown! Sam, Taylor and Dr. Boatman used their knowledge and diligence to finish my treatment quickly! Taylor is also pretty easy on the eyes so it made me a lot less anxious. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll request Taylor every time!

My experience at TroyDental is more than I expect; accommodating, on time, bright , clean and a very friendly environment Ie: like a (good) family. All they are missing is a bed so I can move in. Truly an exceptional business.

I've trusted Troy Family Dental with my dental care for almost 20 years and I've never been disappointed. They provide great care. My latest visit was two days ago and Skylee was my dental hygienist for the first time. I just want to say that she is professional, friendly and caring.
