I needed a new dentist and trusted the previous reviews and glad I did ! I love dr Bacon and his team. I’ve had several items that needed addressed and they are fixing right me up! I just got the Invisalign and excited for the improvement :) if you need a new dentist, you should definitely give them a call!!

All the staff is very friendly!! They know you as an individual, not just a patient. The dentist take the time to answer your questions and do not just rush you along to get to the next patient. It has taken me awhile to find a great dentist and I am sticking with Simply Smile! My new favorite dentist since I was a child! ;)

Always have a good experience. Their Dental hygienists are always cordial and professional. One thing I’ve noticed is their doctors keep changing. I would have gave five stars, but their office didn’t follow through with giving me an estimate for crown replacement. Was told I would receive by email in a few hours and never received.

We’ve used Smile Dentistry in Fishers since we moved here in 2015. Based on the recommendation of a friend and we’re very happy. Today was a great visit, they have a new tech (Witt lots of experience) names Faith who did a great job. Her communication was great, she took great care with my teeth and my teeth feel squeaky clean.
And Dr Walt took time to examine all my teeth and he was very helpful in addressing an issue I am having. He asked the right type of questions to figure out what the problem is and what the best solution will be to fix it.

I have had the same dentist for 15+years. Sadly I needed to change because I needed to stay in network for our insurance. Today I tried Smile Dentistry. They were wonderful! They are very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. From my first phone call, to my actual visit, all the way to my experience checking out, I give them 5 stars! I’m grateful I found my new dentist for our family on my first time trying someone new. Thank you Smile Dentistry!

Dr. Halwany and his staff are amazing. I had my wisdom tooth removed today. Starting from the images taken that were very thorough and ultra clear, to the extraction itself that was painless and fast, everything was just perfect. I was able to resume work same day immediately after the tooth extraction once I reached my office. I also liked their family plans that they offer for those without dental insurance, or possibly can augment existing insurance, not sure about that. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service I got today. Highly recommended!

The first time going I had a great experience everyone was so nice and helpful and he was quick but thorough. 2 weeks later I came in for a couple of fillings with a different dentist and I was there for an hour in a half and I truly believe that they forgot about me. He numbed me and came back 20 minutes to numb me again and then 30 minutes later to finally do the filling and didn’t show up after, so I walked myself out 1 minute before they closed. I will never schedule with the dentist I saw today.

Came in for a routine cleaning which was overdue. I have a long dental history- so I knew I had some issues that needed addressed. Had my x-rays done, the dentist came in and just told me flat out that I needed 3 crowns, a root canal but all of my other concerns were dismissed. I was quoted $1500 per crown. $4500 overall. Went to a different dentist in Indianapolis that had excellent reviews (and a friend referral). Was told I only needed 2 crowns, but then without even mentioning my concerns, they were addressed by the dentist based on my x-rays. Really disappointment with the lack of patient care and bedside manor. I’ve had lengthy dental experience with different dentists across different states but this was a truly horrible experience. They hygienist was sweet, but not thorough. The dentist himself was very pushy, seemed like he didn’t want to mess with my small stuff- just the big ticket items. Plus DOUBLE the cost of elsewhere (could be because he’s in Hamilton county). Just saying- get a second opinion

It was my first time at Smile Dentistry. I went there because of their Smile Club deal since I don’t have dental insurance - it’s a great option if you don’t have benefits! Staff, hygienist, dentist were all VERY nice. My cleaning was very thorough and my teeth felt so much better when they were done.

The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. I was in and out pretty quick and the doctor and dental assistant did EXCELLENT, pain free work. I'm almost excited to have to go to the dentist in 6 months for a regular cleaning! :)
