I have been to Smile Dentistry for about 3 years. Today I went for my cleaning and the staff came out in surgical masks and face shields. They told me they had to take my temperature. I refuse to buy into the fear mentality. I will find a new dentist. The Chiropractor next door has patients entering and existing at will.

I am in need of some restorative work, so I'll be sure to follow up with another review after my next couple appointments. Just got back from my appointment so I'm updating my review: They did great and my teeth look fantastic! BIG thank you to the team at Simply Smile! Lindy was a wonderful dental hygienist, very thorough and informative, and Dr. Bacon is very professional and does a great job making patients feel comfortable. I didn't get her name, but the lady that did my fillings was very sweet and gentle as well. They seem to really care about their patients. I highly recommend them for dental care!
October 23, 2019 -- I just had another annual check-up a few days ago, and I just have to praise the remarkable team at Simply Smile Fishers. Doctor Bacon, Dawn, and all the other outstanding Doctors, hygienists, and staff are very in-tune with our needs as patients, and really go above conventional expectations to make our experience comfortable and pleasant. In fact, I had a cracked tooth that required a filling, and they were able to get me in the very next day for the service. Furthermore, the filling procedure was a breeze, and quick! Fantastic results too, as I have no idea there's even a filling in my mouth! I am so grateful to have found a reliable and skilled team of professionals who actually care about their work and reputation. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for a better dentist and overall experience. Thank you again to everyone at Simple Smile Fishers!

Worst experience of my life. They did not know what they were doing, had to redo the whole thing. It hurt alot and had to endure pain for such a long time. I have got fillings before but this was a nightmare. She was poking and drilling in my mouth. The dentist leaves everything to her assistants. Her assistant did the whole things wrong and dentist redid it. I would rather never visit a dentist than go here.

I love every single visit at smile! It’s always so fast with very little waiting and the staff is so nice and welcoming. I don’t even live close to this office anymore but I don’t want a new dentist so I make the drive because it’s worth it!

From extensive work, to preventive appointments, we’ve always felt important and have been treated well. Dr. Bacon is a professional and very knowledgeable. The administrator, Ashley, tries to always be accommodating and understanding. I would recommend the office (and have) to anyone.
