Dr Anna and her staff are always attentive too my needs. They are professional, polite and friendly. Dr Anna is very gentle, kind and proficient. She is very caring. The girls at the front desk take good care of billing and scheduling, etc. The back office staff are also proficient in their jobs. I'm very glad they are my team. I recommend their office to anyone in need of Dental Care. Kudos to Smile Dentistry at 116th St in Fishers! ❤️

They go above and beyond like the time Dr. Bacon treated me on a weekend (Sunday) for a severe and sudden toothache I had. I very much appreciated that. I highly recommend.

I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist's office before! Everyone was so friendly, and I felt very well taken care of. Not only did every staff member I interacted with make me feel comfortable, they all took the time to explain to me everything they were doing and their recommendations for me. I have gone for a regular cleaning as well as done the Zoom whitening with them, and both experiences were terrific.

The team here have been great about taking care of me. When I first started here a couple years ago, my dental health was not in great shape. They made me feel like I could take control and helped me with a game plan to get on track. I’m in the middle of invisalign treatment and they’ve been so supportive through it all. The team has made sure every step of the way that I’ve not been in any pain and that I’ve been comfortable given a past history of a traumatic visit to an unrelated practice. I can’t imagine myself being any more comfortable at a dentist than I am here!

a very bad experience, I do not recommend it if you do not speak English well, since I made my appointment I wrote to him that I do not speak English!!!! and they told me that there was no problem but it was very complicated for me and in the end they left me waiting there for a long time, until I asked if I could leave. They were not to let me know that I could now withdraw. very bad service.

Did not have a good experience with this dental office in Carmel or Fishers. Their payment estimate was several hundred dollars lower than what I was asked to pay out of pocket, and no one could explain why. They use biteblocks when doing procedures so my jaw was propped opened for about 30-45 minutes for several fillings. So I had jaw pain for several days. The dentist was teaching a new hygienist, and left her alone for a while and she stopped someone in the hall to ask if she was doing a decent job on my teeth. I also have pain in several of my teeth now, when I’ve never had pain with fillings before.

Every time that I’ve gone to any dentist, I’m always in pain especially when they do X-rays & put those horrible guards in your mouth!
To my surprise, my first appointment with them was absolutely pain free!!!!! I said “PAIN FREE”!!!!
On top of this, they were all friendly and professional!
I think I have finally found my forever dentist!!

Receptionist is always friendly and calls me by name (which is always a plus).
The assistant who cleaned my teeth was also pleasant and friendly!
