I appreciate Plaza taking their reviews seriously. After posting a 1 star review, I was finally able to have a dedicated conversation between my dentist, a Plaza rep, and Dental assistant After months of misery. Admittedly, I was cranky about the situation because of pain or discomfort for months. The resolution wasn’t what I hoped only in the fact that the facility didn’t take responsibility for previously inept care, but rather my “new” dentist taking one for them and doing work pro bono so to speak. I still think the billing practices of this place are shady so if you go here and over pay, stay on top of them because they won’t notify you of overpayment until you call- verbatim from the patient care rep.

Moved to DSM and google searched Dentists. This one was close to home and had good reviews (a few bad but who doesn’t expect that). Stayed here for nearly 6 years. Billing is overpriced compared to other practices in the metro. Because of the revolving door of doctors and hygienest, you’re likely not to see the same folks and there are some (not all but some) that have no idea what the heck they are doing. If you wait 6 months, don’t worry, they are likely to have left by the time you go back.

Some notable call outs if you DO go here:
Dr Jankowski- great personality, bed side manner, skilled, and genuinely cares about his patients.
Sarah the hygienist: good personality, seems to care and spots needed care quickly.
Noel the dental assistant: Good personality, friendly, and will escalate any issues you are having.

Maybe they should start their own clinic🤷‍♀️...

Let me be clear: If I we’re ever to go back here, it would only be due to these people. If you go here, I recommend you stick with these folks and if you have to see someone else there, well, I’m just saying I wouldn’t do it.

Do yourself a favor and do a Google search before going here do you know the good, bad, and the ugly of the facility.

Money grubbers that make you pay for services you don't need. I had several fillings redone because of the advisement of the Dr. Jensen. I went in again for a routine check up and Dr. Jensen no longer worked there. They told me he moved to Texas to be closer to family. The other dentist, one of the owners, had to do my check up and said I had to get a filling redone because it was going bad. That is impossible because I just got that done by Dr. Jensen about 7 months ago. I don't eat a lot of sugar and brush my teeth religiously - to offset how bad I was when I was child.

I told him that the fillings should last more than 7 months and that I shouldn't have to pay for that. He said that since Dr. Jensen was no longer and since he was the one who did the filling, they wouldn't do it for free. These filling where not cheap either about $300 for the white fillings.

I was so furious! I did a search for Dr. Jensen and found out that he was actually facing charges for doing services that were not necessary. I confronted the dentist office over the phone about this and they still wouldn't redo my filling.

After that I called an old friend whose dad is a dentist. I had him check out my fillings and he said they were perfectly fine. I also told him that they recommended crown on one of my back molars and he thought that was insane. I definitely didn't need that.

So if you're looking to spend a lot of money on dental procedures you don't need, go to Plaza Dental. They also won't redo the fillings if they don't hold up even if it was by one of their own dentist - who was being sued for that same reason.

Yes you contacted me and I missed your call, but really it's too little too late. I asked for help when the situation was happening and you did nothing. I called and asked several times about my situation, even bringing up that I found out that he was being sued. I was stopped cold saying that since that dentist was gone I would have to pay full price.

I started at Plaza dental with the six month smile program and have continued with them for my regular scheduled dental care. The entire office is professional, friendly and compassionate. The front desk girls Nikki and Yolanda always meet you with a smile, greeting most patients by name when they come in. My hygienist Suzie is thorough and knowledgeable. Desirea and Tessa are not only talented dental assistances but they are always address my needs. Dr. Mohan always takes her time and assures that she has answered all my questions. I have never had a dentist take the time with me that she does.

Most people don't like going to the dentist if that is you this is the place to come. I no longer dread going to my dental appointment. Immediately I felt relaxed with the dentist and staff. I was given a heated neck wrap and if you are still a little on edge they will give the nuwave treatment this is wonderful it instantly puts you at ease. I have seen both Dr. Mohan and Dr. Deedrick and both are fantastic and want to make sure you are comfortable and take the time to really talk to you and address any concerns you have. My hygienist is Larysa and she is fantastic very nice, personable she really cares and it shows in her work. Just a great place all around and I can't say enough good things about the Dentists and the entire staff!

I got an appointment quickly in an emergency situation. Very pleasant and understanding people.

Wow. Is been three years since I been a patient at PDG and I cannot complain about my hygienist Susan Steinlicht. I finally decided to write a review to complement her exceptional work. The whole staff at PDG is great but Susan is definitely the best. Thanks Susan. Look forward to seeing you next time. Wow!!! Since when do we want to go back to the dentist. LOL

My family have been patients at PDG for 7 years and we all look forward to our semi-annual check ups! It's like a spa day, helping us to relax with paraffin, heated neck wraps and a comfortable, professional atmosphere. Sara does a wonderful job explaining work that needs to be done! It's comforting to have a hygienist that is consistent and makes you feel like a friend, not just a patient.

I had to get fillings for the first time and I was nervous wreck. Noelle and Jennifer were talking the whole time about their lives and they kept me calm. Noelle's playlist was great and they were both professional! They made sure I was doing alright and not feeling anything every couple minutes or if I was wincing. They would stop immediately and asked if I needed a break.

Talia was great today! She explained things very well and took good care of me
