A simple google search landed me with the absolute best dental team I have ever experienced. I went in for an evaluation on an implant ... a few hours later it was essentially done!!! No hype or rituals to schedule a bunch of appointments, just get'r done. Dr.Steffany is so friendly and skilled my trip was an actual delight. Joelle numbed me and took imprints all the while smiling. The whole place seems to smile continuously. One can tell when they are in a place of comfort, when it just feels right, when you know they are there because they want to be. This is the place. The lady helping Steffany (whirlwind...forgot her name ...so sorry) was comforting and you could tell they all work well together. I can't believe how "fun" it was. I have never said that before :-) I had my bone drilled and a titanium implant put in and it was actually fun ... easiest procedure I've ever had done ... "no big deal".

I don't really know how many hurdles they jumped for me (it was a long drive from home) but they were sensitive to financial constraints and just made it happen FOR ME!!! Don't worry if it looks as though Steffany is not "old enough" to be doing these implants ... she has been roughly 20years at it.... but I could have sworn she was just out of college ... ha ha.

I highly recommend! They have the friendliest staff and are so professional and seem very knowledgeable! I had the boost whitening done and loved the results.

Schedulled an appointment to get a cavity filled.... was sticker shocked by the price to get a single cavity done, almost 300.00 With insurance and they couldn't even find the time of day to do it when I had my appointment scheduled saying they could only do the consultation. Dentistry has become highway robbery at its finest and when I tried to talk with their receptionist about the cost and if there was anything they could do, she shrugged and fed me some BS financing option that naturally I was denied for since I've never borrowed any money from anyone. Borderline beggging for help and nothing. DENTISTRY NEED'S TO BE AFFORDABLE and these people have no longing to help anyone and they are just money hungry. (One thing to be said is I'd rate most dentist the same due to cost but these guys really stand out as expensive)

I recently had cosmetic surgery. Dr. Dietrich and her assistant Joel were so professional and did excellent work. I am beyond pleased with my new smile!

Friendly and professional; the Doctors and staff go above and beyond to help their patients. By far the best dental experience I have ever had!

I was looking for a good dentist in Des Moines and I found Plaza Dental Group. Like hundreds of others, even I had a big fear of going to a dentist. But they erased all of these fears and everyone was extremely warm and nice to talk to. After my first checkup I knew that this was going to be my dentist for the future and I have been going to them ever since.

Very painless experience with all of the staff! All are very friendly and always smiling! Sara is fantastic as a dental hygienist. Won't go anywhere else!

experience was fine but leaving I had to "prepay" for my next appointment which consisted of SEVERAL wrong things that needed to be fixed...so I reluctantly paid the $588.05...Now I'm sitting here regretting that and can only HOPE I will get my money back because I truly believe they made stuff up, not to mention being asked if I wanted to BUY whitening trays for $97!!! Um no thanks.
