My dentist, dr. Schapiro has excellent manner. Its actually a pleasure while her and her assistant dig around in ur mouth with metal tools. They are both very gentle and it makes the whole experience actually enjoyable and i AM NOT JOKING. I look forward to my next appt.

I had an infected broken tooth that needed a root canal. I was in severe pain. I was told it would take at least two visits, one for the root canal and the next for the posts to be put in and temporary crown put on and then the perm crown put on. My second visit was a week after my first, and the root canal had already broken open. Little pieces of the filler were constantly falling out in my mouth and I had such a sever a severe infection, they wouldn't work on the next steep, just packed more stuff in my mouth while I cried because it was so painful. They were side tracked and didn't numb me, so I felt every single push, scrape, pick.at my teeth. Then, they sent me home without an antibiotic or pain medication. Again, obviously I was in severe pain, which they did not address and had a severe infection, which they also chose to ignore. I called my wonderful Doctor who saw me right away and put me on an antibiotic and pain medication so I didn't suffer needlessly. Finally this week i went to have the posts put in and temporary crown placed. I have a rare condition called CRPS in my left arm It is noted in my chart to NEVER touch my left arm, ,because it causes it gives me severe pain. While injecting numbing meds the Nurse had a habit of slapping/roughly tapping my arm. Tears were rolling down my cheeks and I raising my right arm signaling them them them to stop; They did not. When she finally did, several shots and slaps later I said "I have CRPS; Its in my file. You have caused me severe pain, and will last for DAYS, on top what are about to do. You know about this, we've discussed it, and you simply ignored the harm you were causing, The assistant then told the Dentist that I "Just didn't like being touched". There was no apology. I made my follow up up appointment but after that for the the cavities I have I'll find a new dentist. There is no way I'd see her again. I'm so traumatized. and in in so much pain.

I always liked E-care so there’s no change in service. But their new office is amazing. They have floor to ceiling Windows that allow you to see out without being observed.

Everyone was professional and courteous. The front desk staff, dental assistants and the surgeon; everyone treated us with respect. We look forward to working with this team.

Their business manager Amy is demanding $49 from me, two years since I moved on from this dental practice, for an appointment that I didn’t attend. SN; the appointment was made by their receptionist without my consent at a time when I had school. Part of the $49 Amy is demanding from me is for a peridex treatment I supposedly received on the appointment I missed. If that doesn’t tell you what you need to know about this practice idk what will. I have since moved on to another dental practice in the area and despite their several post correspondence in the time I moved on to come back, Amy chose to demand $49 from me today and threaten me with collections. Smh

I think you meant to apologize for fraudulently making an appointment for me without my consent at a time when I had class then trying to charge me $25 for missing the appointment.
