Had to go back in person and ask for my treatment plan after waiting 2 weeks for one by email that never came. Scheduled a procedure and had to go in person 3 times to request prescriptions that were to be used prior to it. One had the wrong orders, the other no signature. Four times, I was told to expect a return phone call which never came. I gave up on them but my spouse stayed with them for another year.
After the practice moved to their current location, the business office called saying they had been trying to collect more than $400 outstanding balance for over a year but we had not moved nor changed phone numbers and it was the first time we had heard about it. We dug out my mate's EOB and proved he already paid the exact amount he owed at the time of service. I wonder how much they stole from less organized patients? Years ago, our whole family went there but now we all go to a different dentist.

I brought a new patient to Dr Allison Manz to take care of, due to the fact that he was feeling pain because of a broken tooth. I was lucky that I chose E-Care Dentristy through Google search. She was honest and up front explaining the best option for the paciente and took care of him immediately. She is a great professional, as well as her staf. The clinic is impeccable clean too. The patient was in good spirits after the intervention. .

It's tough to find a good dentist when your insurance changes - already tried 2, not impressed. We had 10+ years with previous, awesome dentists (Sjogren-adults & Cobb-kids), so big shoes to fill!
My initial visit at E-Care went well and I will be bringing my family to Dr. Farahani.
The hygienist (Bailey) was friendly and she does a good job of being consistent with previous care. I fealt no pressure from the doctor or staff for extra services and I was given levels of treatment options for my teeth and gums along with making sure upfront how much was covered (by insurance) for the long-term health of my mouth.
Front office staff changes a lot, so be prepared to update things/procedures and double check before you come in since they may not communicate updates to the medical staff.
