E-Care is awesome! They are always quick to get you in for whatever you are needing, unlike other dentists where you have to wait months to get in. They have always been open and honest about costs of treatment and have worked with me to get everything done when needed. Highly recommend E-Care dentistry!

Very nice place, and respectful staff. They offer drinks which is nice. Only thing is the insurance coverage should be checked before charging the scan fee... Just in case you don't want to proceed.

Update:
I received a reply from the office saying that they do accept patients of all ages, but that my insurance doesn’t allow any one over 21 to be seen there. That’s weird and something I will definitely take up with my insurance company.
I still wouldn’t recommend this office to *anyone* because the receptionist had ample opportunity to tell me the reason. She did not. Not on the first call. Not on the second call. She just kept repeating herself. If she’d told me the reason in the first call, I’d have thanked her and continued my search.

Hi, I spoke twice with a receptionist at your office and twice she told me you don’t take patients over the age of 21. However, when I look at your site, it specifically says families and patients of all ages.
I’d like to know which it is—only 21 and younger or families? When I mentioned the site to the woman, she actually sighed at me as she was hanging up. So rude. I would’ve been a new client, but I’ll look elsewhere. I’ll also be sure to let others know not to bother if they’re over 21, I guess.
You should update your website if you only take a certain age group. And, perhaps not have your staff sigh into the phone before at least hanging up.
