Dr. Lucaci, and his staff are wonderful! By far THE best! When I tell you, as someone whom genuinely has a fear of going to the even the general dentist, Dr. Lucaci made it a game changer for me. This is the second time I had extractions done at E-Care Dentistry and I am very glad I went with them again! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Both times they’ve done very well with easing my nerves right before the procedure which I really appreciate. Should I need further work, I will certainly return!

I drive almost an hour to come to E-Care Dentistry, and it is worth it!! The office is clean and inviting. I love the modern, bright look. No depressing, drab carpet here. Katrina at the front desk is wonderful, friendly, and warm. I have been undergoing a total restorative and cosmetic smile make-over with Dr. Leach. I have had severe dental anxiety my entire life, but Dr. Leach has helped me so much. I have never had a dentist take so much time to answer questions and explain things. She is straight forward without using scare tactics. She is caring, compassionate, gentle, and demonstrates expertise and confidence in her skills. I have had experience with two other dental assistants in the office who also have been wonderful, but I just don't know their names yet. Once my smile make-over is done, I will continue to drive the hour to see Dr. Leach. I will follow her wherever she goes, I don't care how creepy that sounds :-) (HAHA Just kidding).

Clean. Friendly front desk personnel. Pre-appointment new patient links didn't save (front desk said if the link goes to the we page, it ends up not saving, but if it redirects to the forms directly, it saves.... But no one even indicated there was a possibility of the link sending to different places, so I had no idea this was going to be an issue!!)... SO I had to fill everything back out again when I arrived.
Appt was a consultation, which involved having the images from the regular dentist up on the screen, shining a flashlight in the mouth, and telling me they'd send the necessary paperwork to insurance to get it approved before calling me to schedule the procedure. 😒
Like I said before... Clean facility. Friendly staff.
Will have more opportunity to develop an opinion at the next visit and can update this review then.
