Our family of 4 are happy patients at E-Care. The staff is very friendly and work hard to find available appointments that fit into our schedule. Most importantly, they are sensitive to our very nervous daughter and her equally difficult dad.

Dr. Mahdokht Farahani (aka Dr. Maddie) has been the best! She pulled one of my wisdom teeth, that another doctor previously could not remove, pulled another tooth at the same time and filled 10 cavities for me, throughout a few other visits and it was all a breeze! I never left there feeling any discomfort. She did all of this work very quickly and without my even knowing she was finished. I love her happy energy and willingness to listen. I always ask for the TV to be on and she is the one to do it, not her assistant. I did not want to have my Crown redone and she didn't force me to do it, instead suggesting she keep an eye on it and that we would address it, if it bothers me. Her and her staff hugged me when I left my last appointment saying they would miss me until seeing me for my cleaning.

Honestly one of the worst dentist offices I have had the terrible luck to experience. Regularly have I and other family members, have to wait thirty minutes up to an hour to been seen past our scheduled appointment time. They only have one cleaning technician who they have do most of the work load, compounded by that I found the receptionist to be rude, dismissive, and offputting. And finally they have strongly recommended and encouraged us to have procedures done than when we have gotten a second opinion from another dentist office turned out to be completely unnecessary.
Edit: today my family received flowers, cupcakes and a sincere apology letter deliever from hyvee from E-care apologising for the long wait times and a vow that it will not happen again, 100% changes my opinion on this business establishment and there customer service that they went out of there way to rectify this situation

These people will take care of you like no other. I have never had better dental care than I have with e-care. They went out of their way to repolish some stains that showed up on my teeth during a filling. The stains were not there when I had my 6 month cleaning in August. They came on real fast. She didn't remember the stains when she cleaned my teeth and asked about it. I told her that I was going to ask her about it, because it just seemed like they just showed up. Anyhow she polished them clean again. Great service and even better care. I love this place.
