This dental office is AMAZING! I have never been a fan of the dentis but these ladies are so warm and welcoming when you walk in, all a person can do is relax! The Dr and her assistant are so thorough and educated me on everything that I need done and why, I love the sense of professionalism with a splash of fun! I highly recommend this office for everyone!

E-Care Dentistry did a great job on me.
Earlier today, I had 5 teeth pulled. They were very gentle with me, as I had expressed (during rmy initial examination) about my fear and anxiety, from past experiences , with other Dentist, in the past. I highly recommend ANYONE to go to E-Care Dentistry, especially those who have previous fear or anxiety from other Dentist experiences.

Pros: The dentist we saw was friendly and nice, and the office website was easy to navigate. Plus being so close to the highway, it's easy to reach. Plus the hours are nice, including evening options.
Cons: The office staff is a joke. Though they asked us to sign a paper confirming that we had read the office's privacy policy, they didn't provide said privacy policy. When we inquired about it, the staff were unable to 1) understand what we meant and 2) printed off the 15+ pages of HEPA. The hygienist was really fair at best and never called my daughter by her name, instead referring to her only by "sweetie" and "hon." When my daughter would ask a question, she would be ignored.
Mehs: It's easy to get an appointment, primarily because there are so few people who check in. Looking at the sign-in sheet, at 2:00 pm we were only the fifth or sixth person for the day to have signed in. The decor is straight from the 80s, which makes it a bit uncomfortable.
I wouldn't recommend returning if you're wanting to see a dentist. While the dentist is fine, he's not enough to make up for the rest of the blunders made by his staff.

Very caring people. The dentist asked my permission prior to doing work that was required but not previously discovered. She allowed me breaks, as well as listened to my concerns about having trouble breathing and starting to panic, making adjustments to allow for the work to be completed, not for her comfort but mine.

Staff if very friendly and professional. I went in for my yearly exam and cleaning. Had been having trouble with a crown I got from another dentist. The Dr. went out of his way to help correct the problem. So Thankful!
