Disappointing. At the appointment a dentist said that they could not do the procedure I needed based on the questionnaire answers I sent them a week before. Wasted time! Had the actually dentist read the answers I gave them, we could have simply canceled the 1 hour appointment. The dentist was in the the exam room only about 5 minutes-- it was her assistant and I whose time was wasted. Do not believe their web site.

I had come in for an emergency dental consultation with severe pain that had kept me up for two nights straight. My previous dentist had found nothing, and I was left to endure the pain for another two days before I could see an endodontist for a consultation. I had gone to BlueStem after the reviews I saw and even speaking to the front desk (I forgot the lady’s name!) was extremely nice and understanding. They got me in same day, and the moment I had stepped into the office I felt welcomed and treated professionally. They were immediately able to tell me what was wrong after a quick look ( easy x-ray, despite the throbbing pain I had ), how this pain had gotten there, and explained what the next steps would be. They followed up by prescribing me amoxicillin to help with the infection. Several hours later and I already feel a lot better about my situation and the pain has even subsided to be bearable. I actually was able to sleep!

I am beyond amazed with the friendliness and professional and I am definitely looking forward to working with them again. I recommend BlueStem to anyone who needs dental care!!

Great service! Doctor Stephen Haake is very detailed oriented, is very thorough and does very nice job when fixing teeth. The are very personable and after more complicated procedure follow up to make sure you are ok and don't need medication or anything else. Very pleased with service!

I’ve never had any cavities in my life. I finally went in for a cleaning after two years & found out I had three cavities that needed filled. The office was very nice, staff was patient and helpful. I had to bring my children in for the cleaning & the follow up for fillings. They were very accommodating. My dentist did a great job on my fills.

I have been a patient at Haake Dental for over 10 years. The staff at Haake is always helpful and professional. The facility is always clean and well maintained and staff is knowledgeable and takes excellent care of you.
If you are looking for a dentist office I highly recommend this one. The quality and level of care is outstanding.

Been a Bluestem/Haake patient for years. I couldn’t imaging going anywhere else for my family’s dental care. Every single interaction is met with a smile and welcoming care. I’ve had several hygienists in my time and they’re all amazing. Barbie, Jenna, etc., take the time to explain everything, talk about simple preventive measures and truly care about you and your teeth. Dr. Haake is one of a kind - someone you feel like you’ve known forever. He and his entire staff make an otherwise unpleasant experience, quite enjoyable and completely painless! I wholeheartedly recommend Bluestem to anyone looking to experience what top of the line dental care should be!

My wait time at the office was about one minute. I have been coming here for a few years and from the time I enter the office to the time I leave, the experience has been exceptional.

On my never-ending list of things to do, I needed to find a new dentist. About a week ago I had received a flyer in the mail about Haake Family Dental. They had great reviews online and this morning I chipped a tooth and decided to make an appointment.

Shannon (patient coordinator) answered the phone. She was very professional and attentive to my situation. As luck would have it, I was able to be seen the same day.

After arriving, Shannon helped me check in and then I was greeted by Amanda (Dental Hygienist). She gave me a brief tour of the office and proceeded with my x-rays and exam. She was also very professional and attentive.

It was now time to meet Dr. Haake and discuss my dental treatment options (I have several issues needing resolved). Not only did he take time to listen, he asked if I had any additional questions at the end of our conversation. I can't recall the last time a doctor gave me their undivided attention until all of my needs/questions were satisfied. That was very refreshing.

Amanda then wrapped-up my exam and Shannon proceeded with the final paperwork for my visit. Shannon also had a co-worker help me as well (Andi I think) and she was as excellent as all of the others.

Finally, to sum up my visit today, I will definitely be returning to Haake Family Dental for my follow-up needs. Their service was second to none and they have a system in place to allow for the best possible experience for the patient. They all worked together very well and each person took the time to make sure I understood my treatment plan, insurance coverage, estimates, and future appointments.
