Best dental office experience I have had, definitely recommend! Dr. Dahlquist and the dental hygienists (can't recall their names) were extremely professional and very friendly which put me at ease. I'd gone to a different dentist before who immediately suggested pulling teeth but here I was able to receive a thorough exam and various treatment options. They did their job so well and explained everything in detail. I even got a welcome letter/gift which was a nice surprise. I am sending everyone I know who needs dental care to visit BlueStem. It's been upwards of 10 years since I been to dentist, always had insurance but never had a problem. Being from Boston all my life I guess I'm stubborn. Anyhow I had an issue and with almost no wait time I called this morning in tooth agony and they got me in hours later. Besides filling out all the necessary paperwork before I was called in, they diagnosed me prepped my and the doctor resolved my long standing tooth issue with an extraction . Everyone there couldn't have been nicer we know where all the good looking woman are . Definitely recommend highly..

Bottom line: as a new patient, I highly recommend. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 2+ years and there was no judgment.
Pros: Conveniently located off of I-435, I was able to fill out all paperwork online before the appointment, I could request an appointment online and schedule one via email or phone, several appointment reminders (Outlook calendar, phone call, and text), I got in two weeks after my request, I felt welcome and there was no judgment even though I hadn’t been to a dentist in 2+ years. The staff members were all amazing and the overall atmosphere was just great. They’re located in a larger medical building so I just recommend getting there a little early to find it. My dental hygienist was Paige and I highly recommend requesting her.

Best office in the OP area. I always feel comfortable and they always make sure that I’m taken care of..I hate going to the dentist. I would rather give birth but they make it bearable at BlueStem. We love Keirsten, best hygienist ever!

Update, I got dry socket because I sneezed really hard. Again, they got me in, Dr. Haake took care of it, no more pain, I moved out here not too long ago and have definitely found my new dentist. 6 out of 5 stars. Thank you and your friendly staff.

Jackie & Dr Altomare do an excellent job of taking care of our teeth. The rest of the staff are always smiles & excited to see us.
My wife has/HAD a strong aversion to visiting the dentist. Today she said, I didn't get anxiety or have a death grip on the chair.
