Dr. Haake and his staff are all wonderful. My family has never had a bad experience in the 4 years we have been going to this office. Everyone is very professional and polite. No unexpected charges or procedures. They do their best to make you feel relaxed and comfortable from the time you walk in the door.

Always have excellent customer service. Joan is great with greeting you as you walk in and is awesome with getting me information about insurance cost and always helpful working me in. I just met Dr. Patel for the first time and she was very professional and informative.

I love Haake. Family Dental! They are always quick and thorough. I think my favorite part is picking my playlist to listen to during my appointment. My hygienist is usually Christina she’s so nice and always makes the process easy! They make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience every time

This is a wonderful dental practice. I have seen Dr. Haake for several years, and he is always pleasant, patient, and acts as if he has all the time in the world. He replaced some old (silver) fillings with the newer type seveal years ago, and i believe he is the gentlest dentist i have ever used! The assistants and hygienists that work for him are just as nice. He must treat them well because they ALWAYS seem happy to be working there. Another plus: there is never a delay - it is a very efficient office.

Dr. Haake, himself, however is as honest as the day is long. Even met me all by our lonesomes on Christmas Eve last year to fix my new crown.
