I was driving cross country trying to make it home, when a tooth started giving me issues: it was clear that I wasn’t going to be able to make it home to my previously scheduled appointment. As I suspected the tooth needed to be removed. However, what happened next didn’t meet my expectations: I seriously had a great time during a full surgical extraction of my #15 2nd molar.

CAN YOUR DENTIST DO THAT!?!? If not I would consider changing over to the wonderful staff at Dental Innovations. Thank you to each and everyone of you who turned what should have been a bad day into a great one !!

I have been to several dentists in my time but nobody has ever cleaned my teeth so thoroughly like Melanie did. I highly recommend her to anyone who plans to go there. Dr. Monroe is also very informative and explains to his assistants why he’s doing what he’s doing and as the client you also get to know exactly what they’re doing. I was taken care of promptly whenever I got there and the staff members are very professional and provide information on treatment, insurance or whatever else you may want to know.

I had one of the best experiences there today. Everybody was nice! Immediately the receptionist was nice & greets you. The gal whom did the x-rays on my teeth did a great job. Manuela cleaned my teeth and was very nice & was attentive and did a great job. Melanie was nice and was the one to remove plaque build-up off my teeth. Whom I could tell she was very well experienced in her field. She was also attentive making sure to take the time to remove my plaque build-up. Dr. Clemons is always nice & professional. Best of all, I have no cavities!

I went to this dentist a number of years ago. I was shocked at the huge office staff they employed. Their main concern was reviewing a pricing list that they produced and making sure I would be able to pay for everything that my insurance wouldn’t cover. I wanted a cleaning and to get the zoom whitening bundle (which came with my own set of fitted whitening molds for home use along with bleach for touch ups). But they said I needed a “deep cleaning” and a cavity fixed. After all of that expensive work, and paying for it all and paying for the zoom bundle…I went through a very difficult period personally and could not immediately go up there to pick up my whitening trays and bleach. They did call and I let them know I was dealing with a personal issue but would come up as soon as possible…they said they would put a note on my package and come by anytime. I followed up a couple weeks later to let them know I was definitely still coming for those items. So, it was little over a month before I stopped in to pick up my whitening trays and bleach (valued at several hundred dollars). The receptionist and finance person took immense joy in telling me that they had thrown my items away. They offered no explanation. I was completely shocked and asked why they would throw my items away (and told them I spoke with someone the prior week even). They told me that “over 30 days it’s considered abandoned property and they are not a storage facility.” I asked for a partial refund on the zoom bundle and they just refused. I told them I would have happily paid a shipping fee to have the items mailed to me but that was never offered. They didn’t care at all. The whole thing was a scam. A very bizarre, painful and expensive experience.

The office very clean and up to date. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Dr Clemons did my extraction. He explained options prior to my appointment very well and did not rush that appointment. He personally called me the next day to see how I was and made me feel like I could contact him over the weekend if I had problem. This is a great dental office.

Needed a tooth pulled asap. The got me in the next day! The ladies in the front ( Ashley & Elaina ) were super nice and helpful. Dr. Clemons was fast and efficient! 3 Days later with no pain! Thank you!

This is a hidden gem! I am so glad I found it and can't help but share their amazingness. The staff, from the receptionist all the way up to the doctor, were all very friendly, in great moods, very knowledgable and professional. I had no idea how big the office was until of course having my cleaning appointment, and its beautiful, welcoming, and CLEAN (looks and smell). The overall experience for me was I lost track of time, that's how enjoying it was for having your mouth poked at and open wide for awkward amounts of time :) The team was very thorough which makes anyone paying money for a service happy. Never felt rushed, but actually educated on certain things about teeth and gum health. Lastly, after having this awesome of an experience, its always a little intimidating going to the front to see what all of that cost, and I was pleasantly surprised at the price point, especially again after the service I received. I scheduled not only 1 but 2 appointments to make sure my teeth are getting the care and treatment they need.

Been going here for years. The bedside manner has made this the ONLY dentist office I’ve ever come back to. More than 10 years now!

I highly recommend Dental innovations. My whole family has been coming since this location opens. Dr. Manroe and Dr. Clemons are really wonderful and the whole staff. My kids look forward to their regular visits. You guys rock!!!!!!
