Dental Innovations

They popped up when I searched for an emergency dentist. They are not they are just open on some Saturdays. Not their fault. They did get me in right away but weren't able to do anything for me & referred me to a specialist. I was in extreme pain but they told me they couldn't offer any pain meds. Got pain meds from the ER that night.
Saw the specialist and had a root canal done but went back to these guys to have my temp filling made permenant per specialist's instructions. They took me back & said so you're here for a 2nd opinion? Told them again what I had told them on the phone (plus they had the records from the specialist) when I set up the appointment. Someone from billing or something came in told me I needed a crown. No one had even looked in my mouth. I already had a crown it just needed a permanent filling in it. Left came back said you need a new crown it'll be $800. I got a 2nd opinion & got a new crown for $400 elsewhere. Only good thing was the front desk girls were nice & they did get me in that Saturday but it was all for nothing really.

The dentist allows his rude office manager to handle business poorly.Two fillings that I have received has been confirmed by another dentist to be bad work and has come out. My veneers that the dentist put in do not look natural at all and were poorly matched. When I brought this to the dentist attention he blamed me!!! I received a large bill in the mail after I was told that my insurance covered the dental work I was talked into getting. All I received was a sarcastic apology and horrible customer service from a very aggressive female office manager. Do not get anything done here outside of a basic cleaning.

I'm trying to find a new dentist so I tried out this place. RUN as fast as you can. DO NOT use this place. I went in for just a cleaning and by the end they wanted to "save me from cavities that are about to happen any day now". I haven't had any cavities or problems with my teeth in 33 years and they wanted to me to get all this work done for no reason.

This office is so nice and caring! Ashley at the front is the sweetest and made the experience so nice. Would definitely recommend!

Super impressed with Dental Innovations! Dr Monroe and Dr. Clemons were extremely thorough and worked with me on the best plan for my dental work. Love the fact that there are so many speciality Drs so it is a one stop shop.

If you want to be scammed and lied to, this office is perfect. They don’t know how to accurately check your insurance up front. They have providers with different insurance relationships. So you sign on for work, come to find out they put you with the out of network providers in the office so you have to pay for it out of pocket

This place is the absolute worse!!! I had a check stolen from me while in their possession and when I found out about the fraudulent check and asked the situation to be handled I was told they were working on it. Here it is 5 months later and nobody has an answer on who, when,where or how my check was stolen from them. I called today and was told “the bank wants me to close all my accounts in order for this matter to be handled and I’m not doing that” by the office manager Cathy. Just saddens me that my hard earned money was taken from me and they don’t seem to care because it wasn’t money that they were loosing. The head dentist is fantastic but this place is all about making money and doesn’t care who they hurt or damage in the process as long as they are getting paid for it. Definitely find a better dental office if you can!

Poor billing practices. Went in for dental work. They told me this is what your insurance said they would cover and this portion is your financial responsiblity. Had the dental work done and paid what they said i owed in full. I get a bill for 150 bucks in February telling me your insurance didnt cover this amount, so you owe this. This was not the 1st time this happened to me with Dental Innovations. Talked to my insurance company about these claims and they stated that every time they call to verify coverage, they document it. well guess what they never called my insurance to verify. Dental Inovations was guessing what my insurance MIGHT cover. I talked to a friend of mine that I referred to them and she said it happened to her as well. She stopped going. I DO NOT recommend Dental Innovations.

Dr. Monroe and his staff are all great. Friendly and welcoming from the time you walk in the door. I'm always excited to share who is responsible for my beautiful smile. Thank you Dr. Monroe.

I've been told by dental innovation for the past year that I have periodontal disease. After many "treatments" my insurance coverage was maxed out so at the beginning of this year I decided to go with a different dentist closer to home. I was told have zero signs of periodontal disease and that I've basically been scammed for the last year. Do not trust this business. So sad that you can't even trust a dentist office!
