Dental Innovations

I really like going to Dental Innovations. I've been a patient of Dr. Monroe's for several years and have always felt that he's provided the best oversight for my dental health. I've enjoyed the hygienists bedside manner as well. They've always made me feel comfortable with cleanings and any other procedures needing to be done. I like that services and costs are explained before any work is done to ensure I understand what will be done and how much it will cost for that visit. I would recommend Dental Innovations to my friends and family.

I loved the dental hygienist, they were wonderful but the dental work was horrible. I had stated to the assistant and dentist that day that I take twice as long to numb as an average patient. Instead of listening the dentist stated “ your as numb as your going to get sweetheart” and went at it. They also hit a nerve in my mouth when they were applying anesthesia and I couldn’t barely open my mouth! Tears were rolling down my face. To top
It off, the assistant and dentist were speaking at the end on how they were working on keeping there times down per patient. They did not listen let alone care about their patient. I will not go back.

Very nice people from front to back starting with Jordan to Harman then Dr. Clemons good group to work with thank you to all of them. The pain was kept to a minimum.

I spent $2500.00 from my dental insurance. Than $3200.00 out of my pocket for top and bottom partials and some other work. But, the bottom partial has been a nightmare. I have been back in the office for around 7 adjustments. Today I was told by Dr Monroe that they couldn't do anything to help me, there are no guarantees that they're going to look good or fit good. I am done with this place. Think twice before you go there.

I have been going to Dental Innovatios for some years and each time I have always gotten great service. Dr Clemmons is so nice and he explains whatever he is gonna do and is very professional and nice. All the techs are extremely nice and very courteous. They take extra safety precautions since the Corona virus and they take your temperature before you go to the back

The actual dentist was great and most of the staff was very friendly. I came in and had a substantial amount of work to be done. They suggested an initial treatment plan. However it seemed that after each thing was completed they added something new. I initially asked them to clarify why the treatment plan seemed to keep changing. They said they would have the officer manager call me (I'm not sure why it was her that was supposed to talk to me) Anyways, several days went by with no call. Then, they started commutating with me via text (which I didn't mind), but with each conversation I was promised once again the office manager would call me. It's has been months and absolutely has been done and there has been no conversation regarding the treatment plan. I, like many other people have anxiety when going to the dentist. So not only do I feel like this is incredibly bad business practice, but it's very insensitive as I am now forced to start with a new dentist as opposed to going to the one that I had grown to trust.

I cannot possibly describe the amazing level of warmth and professionalism displayed by every person I met in this office. I came into the office in pain. A lot of it. And every person from hello to Dr. Clemons took time out of their day to make sure I was alright. That I felt safe and important. I could feel the way they cared by the look in the eyes. I trusted. And it was a gift to me. I would recommend this office even if it meant a drive out of one's way...they are THAT good. I will be grateful always for the help and support.

I always have such an amazing experience at Dental Innovations. Dr. Monroe is so pleasant, caring, and helpful. They are so good at making you feel comfortable and I will never take that for granted because not every dental office is able to do that. Shaunta is definitely my favorite! She is the lead dental assistant and she is amazing. Thank you Dental Innovations for always making me feel at home!

I've had a lot of negative dental experiences in my day, but this office has restored my faith in dentists! While they do suggest additional treatment plans, I never feel pressured if I decide to opt out. You know exactly what you will be paying before any procedure is done, no surprises. Leah, the hygienist, is absolutely phenomenal! They also have evening hours that are perfect for someone with a busy work schedule. Highly recommend.

RUN. I made the mistake of doing both regular dental as well as Invisalign here and its been a huge mistake. The front desk staff is completely inept, nothing that was presenting to me by the doctor of the financial team has turned out to be correct, a year into my 6 month Invisalign course and the one tooth of concern still hasn't moved, scheduling is a night mare, the list goes on. I spoke to the office manager 7 months ago when problems first reached a boiling point and was assured things were being worked on and the office was committed to being better. She has since left and now the "front desk manager" seems oblivious to any issues in the practice. The negative reviews are dead on. This is a money hungry, poorly run practice. I wouldn't recommend this place if they were giving away services for free.
