Beautiful, modern dental practice with a team that really cares about their patients. Every person I came into contact with at this practice was really at the top of their game. Both doctors deliver excellent care in a comfortable and relaxed environment. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

I have rarely had such a positive experience at the dentist. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I had called in for an appointment for pressing pain and it was set for later in the week, but the day before the appointment the pain was so bad I called them and they got me right in. They were willing to work with me and get me out of pain. When I told them I have a latex allergy they came up with creative solutions to accommodate it and made plans to better help others in the future. The procedure was well done, I've rarely had such a pain free experience. They are a wonderful choice particularly if you have been without care for a while.

Dental Innovations go way above the rest to make sure the patient is totally satisfied with the treatment or procedures needed for great looking teeth 😁 Very professional, friendly and accommodating for patients. Thank you!
FYI- love they can make your crown the same day in-office and looks & feels better than the crowns that other offices wait 2 weeks for.

A great place to go! Everyone there is cool and friendly, and though there have been a few times where I've felt like my time is being wasted, it's still a solid place. I would definitely recommend this place if someone asked me.

I was very overwhelmed going to the dentist due to my tooth chipping. The hygienist (who was very nice) showed deep concern with the tooth and so did the doctor. He wanted to begin right away on the procedure so that I would not end up needing a root canal, he said I came "Just in time." Again, he was VERY concerned.

Then came talk of cost.... When the doctor started briefly touching on scheduling his "treatment plan" with when I could pay, I told him that it was fine I had insurance, wouldnt that cover most of it? He didnt give me an answer and cut the conversation short to wrap things up and seemed uncomfortable.

THEN they sent in their "high pressure car salesman". This is a person specifically in their financial department. I was told that my coverage had a year waiting period (which is true) The concern shifted ENTIRELY. There was zero concern for my procedure that needed done "right away" and all the concern was WHEN I could pay. I was told, "I couldnt do $20 payments" and have the procedure done because unlike a car, they couldnt come and take the crown back. I NEVER said anything about $20.00 payments and that in itself seemed like an insult. I am already overwhelmed by being told I have a pretty badly chipped tooth, I DO NOT have insurance coverage and NOW this lady is HOUNDING me about payment. It wasnt about the inquiry of payment it was her delivery. I have never felt so uncomfortable and she gave me anxiety.

I do not recommend this place and it is sad that one person in the office ruined my entire feeling for this practice. I have decided to take my "$20 payments" somewhere else.

(I should have checked reviews before going but I wanted to be seen as soon as possible. Later, after looking at reviews I realized I could have been warned beforehand. I know you cant help a bad review here or there but there are quite a few and not to mention, I was thrown off when I noticed they turned off the option to even leave a review on Facebook.)

***UPDATE***

This is after getting a second opinion and work done with Dr J Craig in Lenexa, KS.

I did not need a crown (as I was told) I was able to get a filling and also, I did not need a deep clean (as I was told). I was able to get the filling completed today (it looks good as NEW) This was a lot less than quoted at Dental Innovations. Go to Dr J Craig if you are looking for somewhere. This was a total different experience. I am changing my 2 star to a 1 star. Sorry.

I have been visiting this office since at least 2013. Sure, their office policies seem a little strict and they may be a tad more pricey but they are worth it. The reason for their policies is that they hold themselves to high standards and expect the same of their patients. They are running a business and it is critical to their bottom line to have patients show up for appointments and pay for their services.
A special shout-out to Chantel for the service she provided to my timid, nervous 5 year old. She spent all the time required to set him at ease. She answered all 6,000 of his questions, was patient and kind and never showed a bit of irritation about the hour and a half it took to clean his teeth. She spoke to him about the tools she was using and why, she listed to him ramble and never acted rushed even though it was well past our appointment time. She treated him with the utmost respect. Thank you for being awesome!

I needed an emergency visit and they fit me in immediately that day even being a new patient. I needed a root canal and crown and they started the next day to insure I would have relief ASAP from the pain. The entire staff was wonderful. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentists office before.

Shantae is my favorite dentist hygienist there. She always makes my visit feel more comfortable and at ease. She’s so sweet. I’ve seen both doctors and they’re both great! I love this place!

The staff and doctors at Dental Innovations are friendly, experienced, and extremely fair. They give personal attention to the needs of their patients and go above and beyond to address your needs. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
