The staff were all professional and extremely knowledgeable. I'm pushing 40, but I learned a TON about my teeth today! I couldn't be happier with my choice of dentist.

The service is outstanding, that’s a given. But I would like to mention and highlight how pleasant the people are in this clinic. The moment you step in, they all will make you feel comfortable. Dr. Khanani herself is very pleasant and is very good. Dentists visit usually can be stressful but this experience changed it all. I have just recruited my spouse to go to Wheatland Family Dental.

A very nice staff, and equally nice facilty. Staff acknowledge you upon arrival. Doctor and dental hygienists are very thoughtful and professional. They explain all procedures in detail and asks clarifying questions to their patients. At the end of your appointment, clerical staff go over all payment responsibilities and payment options. They get to know you, which is really pleasant.
My husband and I could not be more pleased. Well done!

This place is FANTASTIC! Was laid off at spirit and worked with me to get all the dental plan work done that they recommended before insurance expired! Dr. Khanani and everyone that had a helping hand is EXCELLENT! They only give me five stars for a rating but they deserve 10 stars. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a TERRIBLE experience when this facility transitioned from My Dentist to Wheatland Family Dental (mind you no change in staff that I am aware of). The short story is I fought with our insurance for over a year about $600+ that we were charged AFTER being told by the staff that they had pre-authorized the charges for the intense work they needed to do. Basically the service is something that would be covered had they followed the correct protocols in the contract they agreed to with our insurance provider. They failed to do so, so the claim came back denied. Shame on me for not insisting that they get confirmation of coverage and provide evidence of such to me prior to the service being given- which is why I had to pay up. The billing staff and manager were not helpful and rude often not returning my calls. I kept written logs of phone calls, duration of calls, and all bills sent to me. A fraud complaint was suggested by my insurance company since they have had several members complain about this provider. Terrible experience, poor customer service by those in charge, and lack of communication. AND the insurance company said we should have had several services prior to having the one done as we could have avoided it, and our new dentist just confirmed and agreed to this WITHOUT knowing the story first.

Have had great service from the dentist and all hygienists. My experience on the phone today with the receptionist was incredibly rude and condescending. Patients paying that much for orthodontics should be treated with more respect.

I went for my 1st dentist appointment on almost 5 years. Everyone was polite, professional. Annabel was my hygienist today and she was great! She answered my questions and was very informative. My baby was getting a little fussy and Megan came over and picked him up and soothed him. Great staff, great experience. Highly recommended!!

I really appreciate they start yur appt as scheduled. No waiting after appt time. Always very courteous and gentle while in the chair. Very professional. Very thorough in exams and treatment. Highly recommended.

On a wimb I went to Dr. Kern because my Dentist for 20 years doesn’t take the insurance I have now. The reviews of the practice were great so I came in for a cleaning and checkup. I was very impressed with the work structure, friendliness, and transparency when discussing treatment plans as well as cost. I highly recommend this practice.
