Wichita Family Dental took me in as an emergency patient when a crown fell out. My own dentist did not have time to see me until the next day. Needless to say, Wichita Family Dental is now my new dentist. This is a friendly, professional place that did quality work all in one location. I am very happy with my new dentist and staff.

My mom has Alzheimer's and hadn't been in for a cleaning in awhile. They were patient, kind and gentle with her. I felt they listened to me and what I felt was best considering her health.
Giving her a heated blanket to keep her warm on a very cold day, was so thoughtful.

Went in for a toothache and the staff and Dentist Pearce and Abby were completely amazing. I was in so much pain and they got me in pretty quick on a Saturday, very polite and very knowledgeable. Left with no questions or pain. So happy with the results. Will definitely be back for future work.

I've been a patient at this office since 2011, but never again. The office atmosphere has changed and I no longer feel respected. This year I replaced 11 year old dentures and the treatment and product quality I got were off the charts in a very, very BAD way. The new teeth look nothing like the old, they don't fit, and the pressure for me to change the hardware on my implants borders on coercion. I tried to give them another chance to fix this issue ( the teeth in the dentures are not aligned with the center line of my lip and the teeth are unattractive and crooked) but their goal was to rush me to sign acceptance and shoo me out the door. I'm so disappointed by this whole team. DON'T GO HERE. There are plenty of dentists in Wichita that do dentures and will respect your needs.

New patient..unfortunately my insurance company didn't seem to help, $500 bucks on 2 dentists haven't fixed me. I am calling them. Came in for jaw pain and still have it so another visit., and hopefully in the new year will fix me up. The staff were nice and cordial. Nice to know that dentist knew a cousin. I hope to make this my dental spot.

I was so nervous to go back to the dentist after not being able to go for several years. Dr. Pierson made sure I knew what was happening all throughout the appointments, and was always kind and friendly. All of the dental hygienists and assistants I’ve worked with have been wonderful, too!

Went back today for X-Rays. My appointment was at 1:30. I checked in early and waited. About an hour an half past and multiple other people went before me. After asking the receptionist on the time frame she said they are running two hours behind. I wish the receptionist would have told me that when I checked in so I didn’t waste my time. Recommend asking how long the wait is when checking in. Overall receptionist and office admin seem to be lacking. This is the second time this has happen to me
