First time and all I can say is absolutely wonderful experience. I have extreme anxiety and almost chickened out. But Ivy was absolutely kind and supportive and I survived a cavity fill and crown without falling apart. All the staff was very kind and gentle and understanding. I feel I can get dental work more at ease now. Thank you Ivy for basically holding my hand thru it all. I highly recommend Whicita family dental.

Great service and great staff! They are very kind and attentive. Jess was very welcoming and made me feel good about my decision to come here. Dr Pierson removed my teeth and it was a good experience. Going in I was a little scared but they made me feel safe and at home! Would very much recommend!!!

I wish they would have been more considerate of those who are private pay considering they want payment in full at the end of service. I called and made an appointment and asked how much it would be and the receptionist wouldn’t even give me a quote. I took the day off and my entire appointment consisted of the hygienist giving me a break down of prices. They were much higher than I had saved aside and this was a waste of all of our time. The receptionist could have given me the exact same information. Hygienist was very sweet and informative.

Today was my first visit to the office for a routine cleaning. Julio, Liz and Kristina made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in the door till they gave me a fresh-baked muffin when I left! Kelsey was my hygienist. She explained the advanced technology she used to take my x-rays and check my gums . I’ve never had such a complete, thorough and quick appointment. I was even offered a warm blanket, and the view of the lake was serene. Dr. Mitchell examined my teeth and discussed my follow up options well. I was very pleased with my visit.

Unfortunately I can’t rate the dental work done in this office. We never made it past the check in process. The office staff could not figure out how to file the insurance so we were left setting in the lobby for 37 minutes past appointment time and at this point they can’t do the cleaning and other procedures needed to be done. I think they would greatly benefit by getting this portion done before appointment day so you know what to expect. I hope they can learn from the mess that went on today so it doesn’t have to happen to others and waste days taken away from work to be there.

They are very pleasant to work with. I absolutely hate going to the dentist to be completely honest but they make you feel welcomed from the time you walk in the door until the work is done. Dr. Huber was awesome and explained everything very well. He worked to make sure everything was taken care of and I was comfortable Kate was very welcoming and friendly while getting me set up to see the Dr. Very helpful and very nice. Kara helped during all the work and was extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure I was comfortable and informed the whole time. I would highly recommend any of them as well as Wichita Family Dental.
