This has been my 2nd time and both have been unplanned. The staff ensured that I got an appt immediately. I cannot say enough about professionalism. Staff is friendly, kind and encouraging. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I don’t have dental insurance. So I called to see if I could get an appt and a quote on the price paying cash. They told me on the phone that they could not tell me the pricing for the cleaning, I can only know if I come in for my appt. I told them “I don’t want to take up an appointment spot without knowing the price so that if someone needs to get in during that time they can come in for sure”. I went ahead and kept my appt because I called around town and most places quoted me around 150 dollars for a cleaning service without insurance. So I figured, for this practice to be competitive, their price should be in that range. I kept my appt and drove 30 mins there for them to tell me at the front desk (note that no exam has been done so they have no idea what the condition of the exam would be) that it would be 650 dollars for the cleaning. I asked them “why couldn’t you have told me that over the phone so it would have saved me the drive, and a spot in your schedule for someone else” the front desk told me “we just like for our patients to come in to tell them the price so they would be more open to getting it done since they’re already here”
I said thank you and left.
If that isn’t the biggest scam, I don’t know what is.
I booked an appt somewhere else in wichita for 144 dollars, quoted over the phone and all information were given to me prior to my appt.
I know that there are there with and without insurance, but it is good practice to tell people how much their service would be or the range, so they know.

Not a pleasant visit today didn't get my crown today cause they don't do crowns on Saturday. Not sure why I was schedule if they don't do crowns Saturday. I had to reschedule to Thursday for my crown.

They do recommend crowns for everything and anything - people should keep their real teeth for as long as possible. Unnecessary treatments. I went to another dentist and I had no cavities at all.
